      I placed a large order for my business, but only part of it was delivered. When I called customer service, I was informed of a ****** wait time. The chat support was unhelpful and did not resolve my issue. Despite multiple attempts to contact them, I couldn't get any assistance. This experience has been very frustrating and time-consuming. The service did not meet my expectations, and I did not receive what I paid for. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM

      Honestly, this is the worst vendor I've ever used. I've wasted hours this year trying to get a simple $600 order to go through. Their customer service team is poorly trained and in countless ways they've messed up my order this year. I've had issues in the past too. If you want to spend $600 with a vendor only to have to spend countless hours following up with them when the order is not processed properly (and having to wait 1+ hours each time waiting on the phone or chat) only to have them keep messing up the order then Harry & David is the vendor of choice for your holiday gift giving. I'll never work with them again.

      DONT ORDER FROM THEM if you expect service! My husband and I have been ordering friends, family and colleagues gifts with a few glitches here and there, but 2024 has been a DISASTER!!! We've been attempting to. Ake some corrections on a large order for almost a week. We've been on hold for hours and then hung up on, put on hold again, still on hold at this moment. I would cancel the order but there is no way to do that either. So disappointed, so annoyed and so unhappy. Let's see if the standby their guarantee? Just hoping and praying at this point.

      Each year I order a bakery gift for my brother and each year the item is shipped 1-2 weeks early.I pay extra for the specific day but their shipping **** obviously does not READ the particulars on the order. Now Im fighting long customer service wait for refund. Awful service each year,Im done with Harry and David

      Very disappointed with the company. I placed an order well in advance of my desired delivery date. I received a bizarre call late in the evening, the number was flagged as spam. They left a garbled message about calling them back. I also received an email stating that there's a delay in filling my order due to product shortage. That was fine with me since I had time to delay for a couple of days. However, the next day the email I received stated that the product is out of stock and they can't fill my order to call them. After a long hold, I left a call back request. Didn't get a call back. Still waiting for them to credit the charge for the order they can't fill. Awful customer service and it's unacceptable to advertise products that they can't fill.

      They have the worst customer service They messed up my order multiple times and its impossible to reach anyone. Find another company to order from if you can. I work in customer service and they really are one of the worst companies to deal with. Extremely incompetent!

      Terrible company that has gone down-hill completely. Placed a $1,400 order four weeks ago (11/06/24) and it never delivered. After multiple attempts to contact them and setup new delivery dates, the packages still did not ship. The representatives you speak with are not helpful and always tell you there is no Supervisor or Manager available for escalation. I then called to demand a full refund, and they told me I will be refunded the full amount due to lack of delivery, yet it still shows as an active order days/weeks later with no refund.

      After landing in this page, because I am still upset by them, I WAS SHOCKED. To see how many 1 star reviews here. I only wish I had read all these reviews before I went placing an order with Harry and David. This was a great company that my family and myself used and provided exceptional products and service.I received a confirmation of shipment with a photo of the box left on the porch. Not my Father in laws porch. This porch had a decorative yellow sunburst applied to the screen door (very nice)..BUT NOT MY FATHER IN LAWS PORCH. When I emailed the company, they of course apologized and said it was too late for another delivery to arrive before Thanksgiving, but a replacement would be sent to arrive Dec 2nd.That was totally understandable and thank you. I live in ******, Father in Law lives in **. (And nono one fessed up to receiving cookies in the neighborhood that were not meant for them. ??)Dec 2nd came and wentI emailed again and then started together the message that they would be happy to contact the shipper on my behalf. This will be the mantra for all further communications. I said Yes please do so, in two emails. Once I just asked for a refund. This continued for 3-4 emails. Nothing was done on their end.I then asked to be removed from their list, all mailings, email ****** NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANYIT SEEMS LIKE THEY HAVE BEEN TAKEN OVER BY BOTS. Not the same reliable company we are used to.TRY SEES Candies for a great sweet treatthey have never disappointed yet.

      This company ships ruined products. Received box of their famous pears they were all bad. Was a gift for Christmas would not give me any options. Said I had to call the gift sender and let them know I received ruined pears. That they were the one who could request a replacement. Why would a company want the sender to find out they are shipping bad products as a gift for Christmas. No wonder their sales are down 9% in 2024. They got bought out before going bankrupt. Should just gone bankrupt the consumer would be better off. I would no doubt business with them.

      For the second time, I ordered a large cheese and charcuterie platter. This was delayed extensively. I was promised updates to shipping which never occurred. They agents have no clue on the reasons or status. They simply make up information on when things should be shipped and arrived. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. They are clueless, unresponsive, uncaring. Now I have to scramble to find something for a large family event. So exasperating.
