      Harry and David must be the worst customer service and customer complaint resolution I have ever seen. I placed an order for 14 baskets for clients. I was on hold for 45 minutes, then the order took another 2 HOURS, while the agent struggled with the English language and spelling in general. I repeated my details 4 times, was put on hold repeatedly during the order. When they sent me the confirmation, my corporate name, which was on the greeting card, was badly misspelled and the agent added words I hadnt told her. My client's names were misspelled despite repeating them 4 times. When I called to correct these details, BEFORE THE ORDERS WENT OUT, customer service told me it was too late. Oh, and dont try calling the corporate number. That number is no longer any good. Theyve had these problems for years, but each year its gotten worse and now its degenerated to the intolerable. Never do business with Harry and David. Big mistake. Trust me, i tried to give 0 stars. It wouldnt let me.

      Terrible service. Wait time 48 min +, so never was able to connect with a customer service rep. No way to leave a message on website. Ridiculous.

      If giving zero stars was an option, that's exactly what this experience would deserve..I selected a delivery date of 12/2/2024 for my mother's 65th birthday and received an email confirmation. On the delivery day, the date was suddenly updated to 12/3/2024but the package never arrived. It's now 12/4/2024, and there's still no delivery. I tried using the chatbot for assistance, but now they claim they cant locate my order. I've spent the last two days on hold multiple times trying to reach customer service, but I still havent been able to speak to anyone. I'm currently on hold againover an hour this timeand still no response. Who has time for this? I want to cancel the order, but theres no option to do so. This experience has been beyond disappointing and frustrating.

      The virtual assistant on the web was not helpful. The website has no phone number and I finally found the phone number online and the wait is an hour! The recording said the agents are standing by - no way...! They must be kidding...

      They just have one star because is mandatory to put at least one.This company is totally awful. In their website its not possible to do SIMPLE modification as Recipient Address.I just made it the order and tried to updated and Guess what?DIDN'T WORK.Its not possible to update by chat, by email.. By phone? I was on HOLD FOR more than 2 hours and didnt get the chance to talk with someone. That's also no way to cancel.Highly DON'T RECOMMENDED IT!! I LOOSE $330.CUSTOMER SERVICE IS THE WORSE.

      Wasted 5 hrs today. All they had to do was look at our previous orders from the last 3 ******** frustration we ended up canceling everything. The service people are unintelligible, do not explain things clearly and misrepresent the product. Just look at all recent reviews. Something smells bad here.

      I ordered 3 gift sets to be delivered BY CHRISTMAS.... they arrived before Thanksgiving, THAT'S NOT CHRISTMAS, and ALL THE ***** WERE ROTTEN. I was on hold with their so-called customer service line for OVER an HOUR, and never got through. All attempts to reach them through e-mail and ******** have resulted in identical poorly programed "Artificial Inelegance" responses. promising to "resolve the matter". Not surprising, there has been NO resolution.

      This business is horrible, they never update the order status. The deliveries were late all the time or sometimes were never delivered and the refunds were never issued, I had to file disputes with the credit card companies. The virtual assistant is useless, live chat is waiting for agent endlessly, calls were not answered, messages and emails were ignored. I would advise to stay away from this business.

      I have had a fruit of the month club subscription for several years, NEVER again.The Sept delivery was terrible, I reported it and was assured I would receive a replacement order of pears, great. Well after 8 calls to customer service and several promises of delivery I still have not received the replacement order.impossible to contact customer service, they lie to you hang up on you and refuse to connect you to a supervisor. I will never order anything from Harry and David again, what a terrible *********** star rating is too high. This is Nov 27, 2024

      I ordered a fruit basket, for my mom, three weeks in advance and was provided a week window for the delivery. Coming-up on the final day it showed it hasn't shipped so I tried their chat - waited an hour, then back-and-forth until told to wait for the final day. Waited for the final day and still no shipment and no delivery. Tried to cancel the order on chat, after waiting 30 minutes for a representative, and get the runaround again. Try the phone number - it has a 3.5 hour wait time. Harry and David stole my money and I will no longer be doing business with them. Shady!
