      Worst customer service ever!!!I placed an order for a fall gravy boat that did arrive on time. BUT Then it all went downhill fast. It arrived with multiple chips. I contacted customer service on multiple occasions about getting a replacement, as I needed this for Thanksgiving. Initially I was told a replacement was being sent out. After a week went by and I didnt receive any tracking info or a replacement product I contacted them again and again each person giving me a different story. Its now 3 days until Thanksgiving and I was told they dont have any in stock but mine is on the way. When I looked the item up Online not only is it in stock but its now being offered for half off.This company is a complete scam and obviously does not care about customers at all! They were so kind though to Offer me 20% off of any future purchases!!! Why would I ever order from them again when my first order was a disaster?!?! All I wanted was a non broken gravy boat that I paid over $30 with the shipping for!!

      I recently attempted to place an order for 23 holiday gifts with Harry & David, aiming for delivery during the week of December 13. My experience with their customer service was highly disappointing.Initially, I spent over 90 minutes on hold, only to have the call disconnected immediately upon being answered. I then emailed "support" and received a response from ******* *., requesting an Excel spreadsheet with recipient details and item codes. After providing the requested information, I received a reply from ****** *., stating that the information was insufficient. I promptly asked for a call to resolve the issue, but was instead given a "priority line" number, which led to a voicemail prompt.Despite my intention to spend a couple of thousand dollars on gifts, I found it impossible to receive adequate assistance. This experience has been extremely frustrating, they have lost us as customers, we will for sure be using other companies for our holiday gifting needs.

      It was a NIGHTMARE dealing with this company!! I ordered a sympathy gift and after 2 weeks, multiple calls to customer service with extensive wait times (1 call over 2 hours!), they told me they didn't have what I ordered in stock and I either had to cancel or spend more for another item. Clearly I canceled. The only offer was a 20% off future order - like I will every order from them again! I ordered from another company and the recipient received the gift within 3 days. H&D is now under ***** Flowers along with several other brands ******** Berries, Things Remembered,,,) so I will now steer clear of ALL of them. The worst customer service I've dealt with in a long time.

      I placed a large food order on 11/13/24 for delivery on 11/14/24. It was for a family bereavement. The website showed availability for delivery on 11/14. It was never delivered. I called on 11/15/24. I was told that it would be delivered on 11/18/24. It was never delivered. I called on 11/18/24 and was told that it was backordered and would be delivered on 11/20/24. I inquired why the delay wasn't shown on the website, or told to me when I called on 11/14, and could not get an answer. I spent about six hours on the phone or chat to inquire about this order. I finally spoke to a supervisor, (Cyan) on 11/18/24, who promised that the order would be delivered on 11/19/24 overnight. It never arrived. When I inquired by chat on 11/19/24, I was told the order was canceled and I was refunded. I was lied to multiple times and cannot count on this company to deliver as promised. Harry and David contributed to what was an already stressful time due to bereavement to absolute frustration and disappointment. I can handle if backordered or not available, but not lied to on the website, agents or supervisors.

      Ordered a 3 pack of pot pies to be delivered to a family friend in **************. Made the order on the 8th and paid extra for the shipping so it could be down there on the 10th. The package still hasn't arrived at its destination. Their website is also buggy and the chat option doesn't work. It's also impossible to find their email and phone number on the website. Want a refund

      My broker sent me a gorgeous fruit and nut arrangement. Unfortunately I didn't know it was coming, was out of town and it sat in 90 degree heat for 10 days. I contacted the company to ask if it was okay to eat. They did not answer, but said they would send a replacement. That was August 29, 2024. The replacement NEVER arrived and all kinds of different people have assured me via ******** messenger 5 DIFFERENT TIMES OVER 2 1/2 MONTHS that it has been ordered and rest assured there is a slight delay, and just reach out for us if you need anything else. And then they say that "this is not the kind of service we pride ourselves in providing." You cannot reach them by phone or by e-mail. They are clearly unethical and not to be trusted.

      I was sent a box of pears and other items as a gift and they were packed poorly with no cold packs and were rotten and bruised when they arrived. I called to get a replacement box. It never arrived. I called again after waiting a few weeks. They said sorry the replacement box had never been sent and they'd send another. Again, no box and they said sorry it had never been sent and gave me a date that I'd get a new one. FOUR TIMES over six weeks I called to get the replacement box. I spoke to a supervisor. Every time they claimed the order hadn't been sent but this time they'd send a new one. Clearly they are now just scamming their customers and keeping their money instead of sending out new boxes when their improper packaging means that an adequate box doesn't arrive . I've told them to refund the sender, and told her to ask for a refund but I doubt they will. They told me she had to call and I couldn't do anything. I have tried reaching out to a VP Operations based in the ** who I found on ******** but no response.I know this company once had a sterling reputation but now I will tell everyone not to buy from them as they're not delivering or refunding.

      What has happened to Harry & David? I placed an order for a fruit box as a sympathy gift. Over 2 weeks later I called as the gift never was shipped. They had no explanation. I didn't receive any proactive communication. Do not give this company your money. They don't care. What a shame.

      ******** customer service. My delivery was completely wrong (after paying over $40 extra). **************** was quick to SAY they would give a refund the shipping charges. It's been over 3 weeks and several emails, with no refund and the same scripted answer. I will never order from or recommend Harry & David again.

      Despite the lovely ***************** photos, you can't believe how awful these guys are to deal with. The products I've had in person are actually not bad, but there's something deeply wrong with this company as you can see from other reviews. I bought a simple subscription for someone and have to watch my account LIKE A HAWK because they'll charge without sending anything, or stack up multiple orders in a month that I didn't ask for or agree to. When calling them out on charging/not sending, they'll pretend it happened because they're "out" of something (it's a fluid subscription with multiple options, how would I know or care what they're out of? Just send something else!). They've tried to substitute cheaper items that what I paid for, items not in line with what the subscription is etc. ad nauseam. The online chat AND phone calls are absolutely endless and don't fix anything, in fact it's almost like there's some kind of criminal element behind it; having tapped into their "customer service" many times, I can say with confidence it's 100% engineered to NOT HELP the customer. Intentionally using a language barrier to feign confusion, offering fake discounts that don't actually apply to any products, circular questions, repeated cut & paste gibberish, no solutions, E-V-E-R. Like, is it part of a money laundering syndicate? Why are people being paid to basically burn time and not provide solutions problems their company has created?
