      Harry and David never delivered my order after charging almost $200.00. When I have tried calling them, I have had a run around and all you get are lies from your calls to their customer service people in *********! No one in the ** or their corporate. Headquarters will speak to you. Further, they ignore your emails! I will never fall for their shameful business again!

      Worst experience I have ever had. Multiple(GT 6) calls to cust svc. My wine and cheese gift still not delivered after 2.5 months! On hold for over 30 minutes every time. Has not done what they promised multiple times. Last promise was my money back. A week later, still not returned!!! This has never happened w H&D before and will be my last time.

      I ordered a basket for my boss for Boss's Day. I ordered the Thank You ************** Gift Basket, Product Number: ******. I ordered on Oct 11th, to be delivered on Oct 17th. That was delivered on the time. But the basket itself was just horrible. As if someone just threw all types of random items in there. The contents in the basket I did order were: Walnut ******* ****** * **** Basket Thank You satin ribbon 1 Braeburn Apple - rec'd 1 Granny ***** Apple - rec'd 2 Green ****** Pears - rec'd 2 Red ****** Pears - rec'd 1 Navel Orange - did not receive 3 Mandarins - rec'd 3 oz. Butter Caramel Popcorn - rec'd Partners *************** Salt Crackers - did not receive 3 oz. Peanut Brittle - did not receive 3 oz. Chocolate Cherries - rec'd 3 Assorted Ghirardelli Squares - only 1 square 2 Jumbo Chocolate Dipped Pretzels - just 1 pretzel 3 oz. Chocolate Chip Cookies - rec'd 4 pc. Chocolate Sea Salt Caramels - rec'd 3 oz. Butter Toffee Mixed Nuts - rec'd 3 oz. Dark Chocolate Almonds - did not receive Northwoods Cheddar Cheese - did not receive 5 oz. **************** did not receive ADDED that was not listed in the basket were water taffies. The actual basket was small and no ribbon, just not acceptable. It's been over 10 years since I ordered from H*D. This will be my last time. The website, you could not chat online, it was down. And when I finally got customer service, went through my whole ordeal, they could not help me and directed me to another department. Unacceptable. Please do better, especially when your website offers so much and the presentation is so well put together. Customers expect that order to be delivered as is, as what was paid for.

      I ordered flowers for my sister from Harry and David. They were not delivered on the day promised so when I called to follow up I was told they would deliver them the next day. However when I got the modified order they charged me 30 dollars more for shipping. I called immediately and then I was told they would wave the shipping charges but that the item wouldnt be delivered until after her birthday. Why? It wasnt my fault but Im being charged extra? Makes no sense. I canceled the order. The order was made two weeks prior. In good faith this is a horrible business practice. I will NEVER deal with Harry and David again. After years of using them I am so disappointed and angry. Please dont use them!

      I only wish I had read all these reviews before I went placing an order with Harry and David. I thought this was a good company that provided exceptional products and service. Cant talk of the quality of the products since the order I placed on Oct 11 has not yet been delivered. Was scheduled fit delivery Oct 15. No delivery, just an email saying they didnt deliver due to weather issues. No weather issues at delivery location. Tried to speak with customer service and was thrust into a call center somewhere in **** (most likely ***********). Got nowhere there. I will never order from this company again. A total letdown.

      Does not uphold their end, difficult cancellation, confusing refund, double charging credit card. Couldnt give me good notice they were a failure which was disrespectful on top of incompetent and ruined the gift plans.

      I ordered a gift basket for a friends funeral last week. The gift never arrived nor was I contacted about the non delivery. I reached out to H&D using their online chat. Spent about 25 minutes going back and forth with someone to finally inform me that I will get refunded. 4 days later and no refund. Like so many online human less experiences, Harry and David is in the digital twilight zone.

      Terrible company!!! Stay away from Harry&David. They doing what they want with all orders. Changing, cancelling, rescheduling, loosing info in system and finally delivering something that you would never choose!.Horrible customer service, they hardly can communicate in English. Don't even try to do any business with Harry and David. It is not the same company what use to be a few years ago!Having problem with my refund . I had to involve my bank. Never ever again !!! Worst experience !!!

      I ordered a birthday basket for my Mother. Selected an option that was available or at least showed available at the time of order. I paid for shipping with a 2 day delivery time frame. The afternoon it was supposed to be delivered. I received a call saying it was back ordered. Not when I placed the order. Not shortly after I placed the order. THE DAY IT IS TO BE DELIVERED. Harry and Davids way to ruin someones birthday, create additional stress dealing with sub par customer service, and not standing by your product. Terrible. Will never trust this company with an order. Will never refer someone to this company. And will share my experience with anyone interested in buying from this company. Do better Harry and Davids. This is unacceptable. Severely disappointed.

      I order three months of the fruit of the month club for my brother-in-law's birthday. The delivery date states, "Arrives by September 25, 2024" and that is today. I have not received a tracking number as it states, "Tracking: Available Once Shipped." I emailed the company for a shipping time frame and was told, "We are unable to provide a specific arrive-by date for the Signature Dark Sweet Plumsbecause the fruit is picked and shipped at the peak of freshness and quality. Since harvest is dependent upon weather and crop conditions, we can only guarantee that your gift will arrive sometime during the month ofSeptemberas the harvest permits." They have five more days to delivery the fruit to my brother-in-law. They offered to send my brother-in-law an email that he will be receiving a gift soon from me. Simply unacceptable.
