      I would leave 0 stars if that was an option!!! Horrible customer service!!! Chat person arguing with me after I asked 3 times for someone else to help me. I have ordered many items from them in the past and the last several items have been a nightmare! Called customer service - no help at all!!! I will never order from them again!!!!

      I placed an order and paid extra for 1 day shipping.- On the day it was supposed to be delivered, I realized around 10:30pm that I hadnt heard from the recipient. So I checked the order on the Harry and David website. It still listed that day as the delivery day, even though it was 10:30 PM and the ***** tracking indicated they were still waiting for the package.Obviously, the expedited shipping I paid for was a waste, on top of that there was no contact from anyone at Harry and David about the situation.The only support option was their chat, where the representative told me that it still could be delivered that day and I should wait and call back the next day. I explained over and over again that it was 10:30 PM , people were asleep, also ***** hasnt even shipped the package yet, it was in ****** and going to ********. I was still being told it would be delivered that day. The next day, the situation was the same website listed The previous day as the delivery date, ***** had no information, and the package hadnt been delivered yet. Its now been four days, Ive sent two additional emails, and still have yet to hear anything at all from Harry and David. If I were being scammed it would look exactly like this - take my money, dont deliver anything, dont communicate and dont answer any of my inquiries. The only thing I can do now is dispute the credit card charge.

      **************** is not useful, 3 hour wait times to get to a live agent. Unshipped orders with no explanation online. The chat and robot-attendants are not able to provide any information.Beyond that, the fruit is expensive and not particularly special or shipped nicely (when they do actually manage to get a shipment out). I tried shipping to multiple locations and found that a few of the orders did not ship and saw a couple of the ones that did arrive. Embarrassing to not have a gift delivered, and also embarrassing to have a gift delivered that looked like poorly handled and bruised fruit.

      It's impossible to get ahold of any customer service at all. Called multiple times and 4 hour wait every time. Totally unacceptable. This is after having to enter all the order info numerous times via chatbot. Also no ability to get a call back and no ability to get help via email or webchat. I have used Harry & David lots in the past. Never again. I would give them zero stars if I could. I should add that they say they have a customer satisfaction guarantee, but this is meaningless if you cannot reach anyone.

      Tried multiple times to do an online order and the customer service line has a 3 hour wait time - with no callback?? Discount codes don't work and addresses aren't recognized - for an existing business!! It appears that H&D has totally lost it's sense of business, customer service and reputation. Sad because I used to use them for multiple orders. Will now be taking business elsewhere now that their system doesn't recognize addresses and certain zip codes. Spent 3 hours wasted this morning on 2 orders, no more efforts going forward.

      BUYER BEWARE!!! I Placed two orders on August 29, 2024, total order of $142.00. One order arrived on September 3, 2024, and the other never arrived. Check my account online, the second order as of September 9, 4024 has not been shipped. I attempted to resolve my issue online using the chat option without success. I was advised to call customer care. Called customer service on September 9, 2024, and was advised there was a 2 hour 50 minute wait time. I elected to hold my place in the queue and get a callback. I never received a callback. So I called customer service again on September 10, 2024, at 08:30 AM, and again got a recording of a 2 hour and 50 minute wait time. I left my number for a callback again. I tried the online chat again as well and got a message of a wait time of 39 minutes, and 17 seconds, it's been an hour and no one responded on the chat function There are major issues with Harry& David. I'll never use them again!I also attempted to call the company's corporate offices and got a recording so I left an urgent message to the CEO.

      TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE! I paid for expedited shipping plus an additional fee for guaranteed delivery on 9/6. It did not arrive. Order history on website says delivery on 9/6; however order detail says delivery on 9/10 and ***** tracker says delivery 9/11. I called customer service number to talk to an agent and was told that the wait time is THREE AND A HALF HOURS. I submitted request through website chat and there was no response. I sent an email to their customer service but do not expect a response to that either at this point. This is horrendous customer service and I will never use again.

      I have called Harry and David customer service several times in the last 5 days. The hold times are 2 hours , 3 hours and this ev7 hours. I have gone into the live chat multiple times with long delays in responding and no solution I just want to know who sent my gift so I can thank them. Ive called my friends Today the live chat *** said she was a person and that a supervisor would call before the days over. No calls yet and live chat *** said she needed to finish assignments before answering my chat. This lack of customer service support is the worse Ive encountered. We use to send gifts from Harry and David. I dont recommend any one do business with such poor service!

      Less than one star for over a week have been calling customer service waiting time is from 2-7 hrs bought product for gift when it was received the fruit was spoiled bad have pictures w a date will be cancelling my membership

      I would give zero stars if possible. This was ordered as a sympathy gift, but it was never even shipped! Now I get a request for a review of how I liked the product??!!I tried in vain SIX times over a 3-day period to reach a live person to determine the status. All auto features - website, chat, phone - stated info was not available and to speak to a live agent BUT THAT IS NOT POSSIBLE AT THIS COMPANY!! I even sent a lengthy email but received no response.Order was to be received by 8/29/24 but was never sent as far as I can tell.This is the single WORST lack of customer service I have ever experienced! 1-800-Flowers needs to invest in this line of business or sell it to someone who can appropriately service it!
