      I ordered a sympathy basket for my friend on august 11,2024-and he never received both baskets as of today,September ******..I was led on and lied to for weeks by their agents/saying a computer system change delayed.I am very disgusted by this company and scamming *********** friend was supposed to get both baskets by August 17-20-the latest.I spoke to a supervisor ****** who promised me on Tuesday August ******* he would call my friend and he never did.I am very hurt by them for lying to me and never reaching out to my friend to apologize and never mailing these baskets as it is a sympathy.I just tried calling today on Sept ****** and there is a hour wait to talk to find out why my baskets never arrived to my friend.This is the worst experience I ever had with a company.The way they handled me with their lies is horrible treatment.1 month of waiting for a sympathy baskets.When I ordered baskets last year,I had no problem.But now,looks like I am being played and scammed by this company.I want a apology from the CEO from this company,and the baskets promptly mailed to my friend,I urge everyone not to do business with this company.And I dont want any customer agent lying to me.This behavior from this company is so appalling and disgusting.I really am in shock how they handled **** want to know the real reason why I waited a full month or more for a simple order.I do not believe they had a computer problem-but something much deeper.And used that excuse to lie not to deliver the baskets.This behavior is so bad,I am tempted to go to my local newspaper and TV station.If they refuse to deliver my baskets for whatever reason,they should refund me,but few weeks back they told me I cannot cancel the order because they have it ready for delivery for that week-on their end-a delay should be delivered in 7 days-never happened.That was told to me by their supervisor-******-on Wed August *******.I have excellent credit-and this never should have happened to me.Horrible.

      Im so confused because in the past Harry and David were a reliable, quality company. The only delivered half of my order, and the second half is weeks late and no hope of delivery. I made the mistake of ordering something for my father as well, still trusting in the company, but that order is also in limbo. Trying to chat with representatives is a joke, projected hold time 284 minutes?? No phone number to call. What is happening to Harry and David??

      Worst Ever! Stay away.... My aunt ordered a stacked 6 boxes of Chocolate from 1-800-Flowers (who now owns Harry and David). I was home when the box arrived by ***** (Celebrations Passport - which I believe is another subsidiary of 1800Flowers). I was working on my computer and received no notice it had been delivered. About 2 hours later as I was going out, I found the box outside my front door sitting in direct sun about 100 degrees. Needless to say, it was now liquid chocolate. However, that is not the story (except I won't use *****), I immediately got on the phone to Harry and David's. When I called it say there was 1hr 45min wait. It asked if I wanted a call back and I wouldn't lose my place in line (remember 1hr 45min)....so I opted for the call back. Six hours later I hadn't heard, so called again. This time it said 1 1/2 hour wait, so I decided to stay on the phone. I waited 1 hour and then was disconnected saying "you are calling outside of business hours". and hung up! I started calling the next morning at 7am, and the message said there would be a 3 hr. 5 min. wait. I then called 1800Flowers and was told that I had to call Harry and David's even though 1800flowers owns Harry and Davids. I've had trouble with 1800flowers before and won't use them. The customer service is horrible. I'm putting this on the BBB because when I looked it up, the BBB shows it not rated, but has a big A+ on the top right. This needs to be removed if it is not rated!!!

      The law requires a company to remove people from their email distribution list if the person so desires. I have attempted multiple times to be removed and get an "internal server error".The bottom line is that the company does NOT follow the law with regards to email lists. I have contacted the company via chat and was told I would be unsubscribed. NOT TRUE. Still getting these "Gift List" emails. VERY DISAPPOINTED IN THIS COMPANY. I DON'T RECOMMEND THEM.

      Have experienced the worst customer service ever. Have tried contacting the company every day for a week about an order that never came with no luck. Have been on hold for as long as 3 hours and finally gave up. Likewise, no better results using their chat function. I am a long time customer (at least 20 years) and will no longer be doing business with them.

      **************** is absolutely pathetic! Called 3 times in last 2 days - told first wait 293 min 59 sec, second 65 min, and third 90 min. Have NEVER heard back on any of calls. On-line help totally worthless! This company should be put out of business!!!

      Apparently, Harry and David has failed in its commitments to do good business. Like nearly everyone else commenting here, my order was not delivered. I cannot get through to customer service. I have called and messaged them. I have paid money for a service that was not rendered, goods weren't delivered. How isn't this illegal?

      I was charged too much. Appears it was for the passport free shipping thing. I called 4 times. Wait time is 1 to 2 hours. They say they will call you back but they don't. I tried the online chat. No one answers On that. My original order had a delivery date, when the order was not sent to my sick brother in law. I had to call. They said you didn't verify the address. I said what do you mean? All I got was ONE email that said thank you for your order! I WANT MY MONEY BACK FROM THE PASSPORT AS I WILL NOT BE ORDERING FROM HARRY AND DAVID again!!!!! WAY TOO EXPENSIVE FOR THIS!!!!!!!!!!!! Also probably fed ex fault but the order was left outside in the sun. It had ice but by the time my sister who was home found it the ice was all melted and the chocolate things started to melt. Also only part of the brief message was sent. It said get well Love you but didn't say our names which were definitely on the order. I could see it in the email. Telling everyone I know not to order from this overpriced company!

      Fruit box of pears and peaches was delivered to gift recipient with all peaches rotted. Tried getting in touch for 1 1/2 hrs. on Aug 30 with no luck. Am trying again Sept. 2 by calling again. This is the second time I have ordered a fruit box and the fruit (pears) arrived rotted. I won't ever use his company again. Hope to get a refund for this horrible delivery.************

      I order from. Harry and Davids I thought they were a good company. They promised to have my order delivered on a date. They have my order coming at different times than promised!! The wine delivered a week after candy! Ridiculous!! Called back talked to an unprofessional representative! Mocking me!!
