      ****BUYER BEWARE****Placed an order on ***** *********** on 8/12/24 for a Harry and David basket to be sent to a relative and was supposed to be delivered on 8/21/24. When I checked to see if it had been delivered it had never been sent, the company never sent any kind of message that it was delayed or why it was never sent. When I called ***** *********** they can NOT help you because it is through Harry and David. When transferred to Harry and David you WILL be on HOLD for 2-5 HOURS and you can't just remain on hold your have to keep pressing #2 to stay on hold every 10 seconds. One option is to press #1 to receive a call back and get in a que, tried that and never received a call back. When I finally got a hold of someone they stated they would send another basket but that it would have to go through a supervisor and they couldn't give me a tracking number at that time but to watch my email and it would be emailed to me. NEVER received an email, and even was checking my junk mail and never received any kind of shipment notification or tracking number. After checking into this company more and reading tons of reviews of MANY people who had the exact same experience I decided to cancel my order. I couldn't cancel the order online, so again had to wait on hold for over 2 hours to cancel my order. Will never order from them again, can't believe they are still in business with such horrible customer service.

      Been waiting 3 days to hear about why my order has not delivered. No one replied or called me back. Terrible customer service. Once this matter is cleared up I will never use this company again.

      Do not...I repeat DO NOT order from Harry and David. I originally ordered (2) boxes of ************ croissants. My shipment came with only (1) box of croissants (but were charged for 2) and the croissants were thawed and already in the fermentation process. I called and waited 45 minutes for them to replace my order which should have been delivered on August 28th. No shipment arrived and it is now Friday....still nothing. Tried to starts a chat and it is over a 45 minute wait. ***!!!!

      Worst **************** ever!!! They force the chat sessions with hour long hold time and same wait sessions on phone calls. They don't process order the way it is ordered online and never ship items even when charged for them.

      ********, I received an order with 4 out of 9 peaches rotten and brown. I understand this happens but when I tried to call it was an almost 3 hour wait! And chat was over 41 min wait!

      If I could give ZERO stars I would. THIS IS THE WORST COMPANY TO ORDER FROM! ******** customer service. I ordered some of their premade food items for a friend who had just lost her father. The order was never shipped, they offered to send a replacement, but then the replacement was never shipped. And to top it off, no one contacted me about this, I had to contact them multiple times when I noticed nothing had ever been shipped. After I finally got through to someone, I canceled the order and they said a refund was processed but can't find the refund on any of my cards. When I call to get confirmation on which card the refund was processed, the wait time to talk to someone is over an hour. Is this company a scam? Just horrible.

      Buyer beware! Failure to deliver product. Impossible to reach the company. I purchased a sympathy basket for the family of a dear friend who recently passed away. The purchase was made online on 08/21/2024. I ordered it with RUSH services for delivery by the date of the funeral, 08/23/2024. However, the company failed to deliver. As of 08/28/2024, nothing has been delivered. I have made several attempts to contact them.The phone system is an infinite loop of menus which loops back onto itself. The message says the wait time to speak to a person is estimated at 5 hours. Support on the website is just as useless. When I emailed the company, I received a reply which said the delivery was scheduled for 08/23/2024. I don't know how they are going to accomplish that without a time-traveling DeLorean. I am pretty sure that was probably an automated email system. I paid $294.58 for this product, and $57.39 was for Rush delivery. They not only failed to deliver with speed, they completely failed to deliver the product at all.This is not a new address. I have purchased other gifts from Harry & David and had them delivered to this same address for a number of years now. This address did not disappear. Anyone with access to the internet and an IQ higher than a house plant can use ****** to search the address and see a photo of the residence. This is not an address issue. This is a problem with Harry & David. The service from their company has completely deteriorated. I wouldn't even call it service at this point. The effort which they invest into blocking any kind of customer support or feedback is astounding. Ultimately, because I could not reach them, I have contacted my credit card company and am filing a dispute against the charge. I should not have to pay for products and services that are not fulfilled.I am so completely disappointed with Harry & David, and I likely will not ever do business with them again. Buyer beware.

      My wife was sent a gift after having an operation. The gift took more than a week to get to her. When she opened the box it was all wet and the pears were rotten. It took two calls and over an hour to report the issue. The representative said a replacement would be rushed. Its been 10 days. Still no replacement. When calling customer service she was met with a 180 minute wait or leave a message. Its been two messages and an email without a response. This company has major issues.

      Over the last 3 weeks I have been on there "customer care" line for hours waiting, I have used their chat bot that is even less helpful . I made a corporate order Aug 8th for it to be delivered Aug 15. With all honestly the order came on time... BUT completely melted! The cheese was liquid in the packaging , and the box even smelled rancid. And I still can't get through to any one , and they still haven't refunded me. The chat bot wrote " they were transitioning to a new server" but my god that doesn't give them license to take my money and not deliver the agreed upon product .

      Never shipped my item. Paid extra for expedited shipping. Non existent customer service. Awful experience.
