      Horrible customer, service, handed by automation. No solution to mistakes. The company made products never ship, with no expectation for repayment upon their mistakes that she's to be a great company and it's really sad what's happened. Order 08.19.24

      Took my money and never delivered the order.Worst customer service EVER!Placed an order on a Thursday for a gift basket to be delivered on a Friday.Never delivered.Called on Saturday, told there was an 8 hour wait (!!) to speak to an agent.Called on Sunday, told there was a 3 hour wait (!!) to speak to an agent.Called on Monday, told there was a 1 hour wait to speak to an agent.Reported to ******* asked for a refund for the $108.80 Harry and David took from me.Used the chat feature on Harry and David website to ask for a refund, but the on-line chat agent said he was "still pulling up my order" after I twice gave him the order number. Finally I gave him my email address (which he already has) and told him to email me an updated status.Still waiting to hear back from Harry and David.Did I mention they have the WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER?A very displeased customer who will never use them again.

      I have sent multiple messages to Harry & David today. I am beyond disatisfied with the order I sent to my son for his birthday. To begin I was not even sure if it shipped. It did ship and then was not delivered, eventhough customer service response said it was. INCORRECT, NOT DELIVERED; my son was calling me trying to figure out how to get his gift. He had it held at *** ex, went to pick up and was told it wasn't there. Went again the second day to have MELTED STUFF IN HIS BIRTHDAY BOX! The driver never rang or tried to deliver. This service is terrible, I want my money back. This has happened to us before with a gift, which was not shipped for two weeks. Never again will I purchase from them. Too much money for poor service

      This company makes a habit of taking your money and then never shipping the order. When I tried to look up my order on the site, it just gave me a message We cannot access this order. Started a live chat. Was told they could not access my order because their system was down and would be for two weeks. I asked for a reimbursement and the agent said she would request a refund. I asked her how was she going to do that if she cant pull up the order? Then she said she would submit a request and someone from Harry and David would contact me by email. Of course they never did. And thats why they are not a member of the BBB. I am reporting them to the **** because their system is up to take your money and thats it. This review site makes you give them at least one star, they deserve none

      On Monday, August 5, 2024, I contacted Harry & David via phone to place an order with expedited shipping. The order total with taxes and fees totaled $54.27, with a delivery date of Wednesday, August 7. As of Monday, August 12, at 9:00 a.m., the order status remained as In Route/On The Way. It was imperative for the order to arrive by the expected delivery date of August 7, 2024. FIVE (5) DAYS later, it had not been delivered.I called Harry & David on the morning of Monday, August 12, 2024, to request a full refund to my method of payment. I was told that the system is undergoing some enhancement and the purchase could not be refunded until the process completed later in the afternoon on that same day. It is now 2 DAYS LATER and my refund has yet to be processed. I called customer service AGAIN today, only to be told that the system is STILL undergoing an update preventing my refund.On top of the poor service with false promises of delivery, Harry & David refuses to process my refund. Please credit my method of payment the total amount billed, $54.27.

      I purchase a lobster pie and a raspberry cheesecake for a visit from my sister who lives out of state. We grew up in ************* so I thought it would be a special treat. There was very little lobster, I mean one or two small pieces, mostly cream sauce and potatoes. The cheesecake was small, I paid over $50.00 for it, It is false advertisement. Their customer service was hard to get ahold of and then they just waved me on.

      This company has messed up every order Ive placed. I have a passport membership I couldnt use because I was told they would fix it right away. The cSR I last spoke w refused to fix my account and give me credit for the six months I lost on the passport. She was so unhelpful I got angry and when she asked if she could help me w anything else I told her yes fix my online account. I was supposed to receive a refund on two orders and receive a $20 credit towards my next order. I will be doing a poor help review for your company. I will also blog and do a podcast w my total review of your company s******* up my account, sending a large goodie basket to my brither in law for his wife passing away from brain cancer. He didnt have any support but me and I live in another state. I also received some spa gift sets which the bubble bath leaked in the container as well as soaked the box. She did not care. Super poor customer service and poor is a mild word. I will never promote or fecommend your company to any of my family or friends let alone a stranger! So I guess the customer is always wrong and she didnt try to make things right at all. The previous rep fixed me up regarding an apology and was going to fix my passport membership. She couldnt fix it and wanted to transfer me to the passport department. I was on the phone a her for three hours and had to get to a doctors appt. I tried to file a B B complaint against your company but you guys arent even registered w the Better business bureau. Unacceptable csr and no one and done for any and all complaints. Im angry, disappointed Nd frustrated. I will also write the **** Feedback is key for companies to fire the employees that are rude, combative and frustrated. Im done w your company. I spoke w three different reps and only one tried to help fix my account and make it right. She gave me her direct line and of course I misplaced her info. Your unhappiest customer.

      I bought items for 2 friends over the Christmas holiday. I have indicated at least 12 times that I do NOT want to receive their emails, as they send multiple sales emails every day.I called customer support and left a message---no luck.I made a mistake by placing an order with them---I have never had so much email from a company or had a company ignore my requests to stop the emails.Bottom line---I will never buy from them again, as they do not respond to requests regarding emails. BEWARE if you do not want emails piling up EVERY day.********************

      I ordered a specific item with delivery for 2/8. As of 1/30, it has already shipped. So when the item is needed on the actual day its going to be over a week old and nearly spoiled. What is the purpose of choosing your delivery date for a specific occasion if it is not going to be honored This coupled with the fact, my card has been charged twice for an authorization fee where no where on their site does it mention this is their policy. First and last time customer.

      I used this company to send gifts to colleagues for the holiday. I now get several emails a week from them and I've attempted to unsubscribe over 20 times for over a month, plus I talked to a service agent via chat. It just won't quit. Not sure what recourse there is, but I just want it to stop.
