      I have purchased Honeybells from Them every year for 4 years for my brother-in-law and every year they s**** it up. Ive switched to another company.

      I sent my mother and my sister a basket and plant, and one made it a month later, but the plant was not delivered. I placed another order yesterday for same-day delivery, for which I was forced to pay an additional fee, and there was no mention of a potential change of delivery; needless to say, it was not delivered yesterday or today. ***** said they attempted delivery, but it is simply not true. I will never waste my time or money using this website. The items are expensive, and there is no guarantee that the gift will arrive. Rating them with one star in the absence of zero or -1. It continues to be an awful experience.

      An order was placed by the customer over the Internet on 01/16/24 and they chose the 'With sincere sympathy fruit and sweets box', which is a 1800Baskets item, not a Harry & David item.

      I ordered a popcorn basket prior to December 25 that was never delivered. Ive called the company twice and both times was told the order would be resubmitted and delivered. As of today, 1/5/23 the order has never been delivered. Money wasted. I will never use this company again.

      Harry and Davids has the worst customer service . They keep double and triple charging my credit card. Called multiple times. Keep getting transferred to other people. No one knows what they are doing. I will never order from them again. Stay away.

      I ordered three baskets this year. All of the Christmas gifts were not delivered on the date that the email said they would. After realizing the discrepancy in all the dates that were supposed to be delivered; I called to ask where they were; it said on the Harry and David's app in transit and will be delivered on Dec. 28th. To make sure I called Harry and David again to see for sure this was going to happen. The customer service rep. said to me now Jan.2. ****. Not satisfied; I asked for a supervisor and she assured me that the above number order she can make it happen and make a call to the other recepient and apologize. The one that was suppose to arrive on the 28th did not. And the recepient she called to apologize for the delivery on Jan 2, ****; received the basket on Dec. 28th. Also; I had a promotion code and membership and I was to get free shipping. One basket they did not charge delivery and the other two they did not. The supervisor said she would credit it me after delivery which did not happen on the one delivered on Dec 28th . Today's call was answered rudely to me and said the gift I wanted to be delivered on Dec. 28th and now be delivered on Jan. 8th. The customer rep tells me now if i want it delivered on Jan 2nd I would have to pay ***** for the change. After again asking for a supervisor in which she said they were all busy. She offered to waive the ***** for delivery on the 2nd of Jan. ***** mistake and they are going to charge me more. Going on the Harry and David's site the Deluxe ************** Gift was now on sale for ****** from $199.99 plus tax and delivery which I paid and still the gift which was suppose to be delivered on Dec. 28th is still in transit. How does a company send email's with delivery dates and does not take responsibility for their mistake?

      I always ordered a gift for my Grandmother, every Christmas, but NEVER again. I got a VERY suspicious call and email about a week after placing my order this year. Red flags everywhere, improper English, asking for card info, etc. The phone numbers didnt match the website either. So I called the site number and got a nice CS agent. She verified all my info and confirmed that there was nothing wrong with my order or my card and not to worry. Fast forward to Christmas, and no order was delivered. I quickly checked to make sure it wasnt stolen, but it wasnt, it was cancelled! I checked my email, spam, promotions, and there was nothing. They cancelled my Grandmas order and didnt even tell me! So now my 98 yo Grandma was left with nothing and me feeling awful. I reached out to the company and got the lamest of answers. No apology, no reason, just a canned reply. Oh, my satisfaction is important huh? yeah right! Using Amazon from here on out.

      I have soaked in baking soda, also tried vinegar but to no avail, the apples still smell like insecticide as do the pears. I am afraid to eat this fruit. This opinion is shared with all my neighbors and I have been advised not to eat the contents of the box I received as a gift.

      I ordered something for my ************** husband. I changed my or so they will get a Christmas gift from me. Now this order was just delayed. I sent them an email yesterday to let them know and they said it will be on time and guess what? it is not, it has been delayed. I will never order anything from them again and I will make sure that all my friends and make sure it is on ******** as well. We will see once it is delayed if it is any good or not. It ruined it for me, My daughter and I are not together this Christmas and I wanted to send them this gift for Christmas. It is is after Christmas I will cry. The rating should be zero or F

      After 14 years of purchasing Christmas gifts from Harry and David's, my experience this year with the "US Based" customer service has pushed me to never order from them again. My order was not delivered, and multiple attempts to resolve the issue were addressed by non-US people who refused to fix the issue. I placed an order for multiple items on 11/15/23 that were promised to be delivered by 12/8/23. Not all items were delivered. After texts, emails, and phone calls, it became clear that they did not care that Harry and David made the mistake or that because of their continued failures would not be delivering the Christmas gift. They simply did not want to resolve my issue or seem to care that I was a loyal customer. Too bad this once great company had decided to become mediocre.

      I have never been so disappointed in this company as I am right now. I have been charged double the amount because of a pre-authorization policy payment???!!! I live on a fixed income and they deducted double the amount my order was for! I now have to wait 10 business days to receive a refund and I think this is BS! I will make sure I tell everyone who will listen that this new policy is a scam. I am so angry right now and I will never order from this company again. SHAME ON YOU for holding on to your customer's money like this. NOWHERE on the website or the order confirmation email I received states this would happen, otherwise I would never have ordered from them!
