      I will never shop here again. I placed an order on 12/6/24 for a gift basket that was to be delivered between 12/10 and 12/17. I was never delivered. Based on their tracking info , it indicated that a label had been created though there was never any indication that it had been picked up. I did the live chat on their website and sent multiple emails to their customer service ***** Replies varied from its the fault of the delivery company to they would look into it. I finally got a refund on 12/21. Terrible customer service and complete lack of follow through. This company used to have a good reputation. NOT anymore!!!

      Absolutely horrible. Avoid at all costs. They canceled my order, no notice. Hours with customer service and they dont know reason. They dont even know why they canceled. Promised refund. Still no refund. They are owned by 1-800-FLOWERS which is also a really lousy company.

      Did not get delivered when they said it would (by Dec 24th). The customer service *** said an alternative package would be delivered seed by Dec *****. It was not. Very disappoint wed and embarrassed.

      Dec 2024:We ordered 11 gift baskets for friends and family for Christmas, ALL 11 had rotten pears. And when I say rotten, I mean leaking mush rotten! It was embarrassing. It was a nightmare to get through to customer service, they wouldn't refund it at 100% (only 30%), and it was a general horrible experience talking to them. I wish I could give them a ****** stars. DO NOT USE THEM! So many better options.

      Not a single email with advance notice of being charged for an unrequested auto-renew of their "passport service" (faster order processing) -- more than a year after my last order in early December 2023, My card was charged for $32+ on the same day they emailed that my card had been charged, not leaving me there stated 5-day cancellation period prior to the auto-renew date, and two days before Christmas (When most people are so busy they don't even get around to checking their email). After several hours with online chat representatives and waiting on hold for 90 minutes, I finally filed a billing dispute through my credit card company. I'll never purchase anything from them again due to their incredibly inconsiderate, opportunistic, and dishonest tactics.

      Run, don't walk away from Harry and David. They are not the Harry and David of old. I ordered a tower of goodies with a custom engraved ornament. They delivered only the ornament and tried to convince me that they had already sent the food, despite their own order list showing that they had simply made a label for the goodies, but there was no delivery date listed because they didn't actually send the items. I had placed this order December 7th. They kept showing that the tower would be delivered by December 24th. Finally, on December 26, when the package never arrived, it took 5 attempts to engage them in the online chat before I finally reached a customer service agent. 47 minutes later, they decided they could send the tower by the December 30, 23 days after I had ordered it. They did offer to send me a 20% off coupon as if I would ever order from them again. They are just another trash company putting profit before customer service.

      I ordered on Dec ****** paid over ****** and here it is Dec 26th, 2024 and not only no communication but no package. I will NEVER order from this company again.

      I ordered seven boxes of pears on December 2 with a delivery window that ended on December 16. On December 14 the pears had not been shipped yet and I began calling Harry and David. I spent hours on chat and on the phone with them getting different answers to my questions about when The pears would be delivered. Finally on December 16, I asked to cancel the order. No explanation of the delay was ever given. I was really left hanging as I had no gifts for my coworkers.

      I ordered 2 items from Harry and David's on Dec. 8. I received a confirmation email with an order number. The email also said my items would be delivered to my address on or before Dec. 24. I live in ********. The items were for my 2 neighbors who supported me this year upon my wife's passing. Five or six days before 24 Dec. I called the contact/support number on the confirmation email. I was told it was in progress and that it would be delivered on or before 24 Dec. The order number tracking page on the website never worked. for me. On Dec. 24 I called about 10:30 am and was told the same thing, that it would be delivered by the 24th of Dec. At 6:30 pm I called Harry and David's again and I was told there was a problem with my bank and that my order did not go through. Why did I get an order number confirmation email the first time on Dec. 8 if there was a problem with my credit card. Now I have 2 Christmas cards and no packages for my neighbor's.
