      Placed an order on Dec 8th , for basket for a Christmas present for my mom, they only delivered a partial basket, i talked to at least 8 customer agents , they promised a replacement basket, that never arrived, when i called again they claimed a refund was issued, that never happened, plus thats not what i asked for , when i called again they said they placed another order for replacement, that never happened so i still never got refund and items never shipped, terrible customer service, no supervisor would respond or call back , worst experience with a company in my life

      Same experience as below. Placed an order for Christmas, cancelled on the 23rd due to lack of response to a call. No phone call received. I called the help number and they were zero help. Dont use this company

      Don't be FOOLED by the beautiful product displays OR the elegant commercials. I placed a large order weeks in advance. Confirmation email indicated I would receive the order December 19th. Never received any updates or if the order was in transit. Spoke with **************** multiple times. First one said she would expedite the order and ship it to me overnight. Never received an email confirmation or the order. Called again and was told the product was no longer available. I asked to speak with a supervisor and was guaranteed I would receive a call within 20 minutes which I never received. Called again and tried to cancel my order. I had to be very forceful that my order be cancelled to get the representative to hopefully cancelled it. Promised I would receive an email confirming the cancellation within 48 hours. I am still waiting. WHAT HAPPENED TO HARRY AND DAVID???

      Placed two separate orders for ****. One to be delivered in **. Order arrived as promised. The second order was to *******. Order has not yet arrived, my credit card was charged. Upon contacting the company multiple times nothing gets resolved. As far as Im concerned, they stole my money, caused an abundance of frustration and anger. They are impossible to deal with. They should be investigated for fraud and stealing.

      Avoid Harry and David at all costs. Got five pears as a part of a gift. They were rotten. I reached out to their customer service - and it has so far been 2 hours and 8 minutes without resolution. I wish I could show you the messages. It feels like weaponized incompetence. At one point- after clarifying my name twice- they actually said can you confirm the replacement is for ***** ****? And that is not my name. Nor is it the name I have already told them twice. What a clown show. An overpriced, c*** quality clown show. I tried to write a ****** review- but they must block it because otherwise the whole world would know how awful they are. So Im leaving this review on as many other review sites that I can find. Such a ********** of experience: December 22, 2024

      Company has turned to trash. My husband bought an item for 11 clients that was shown in Harry & David's website as two large boxes piled high over the items that would be contained inside. Then when it was delivered he a saw small cardboard box in the ***** pics from delivery and learned by calling a customer *** that the boxes were around half the size of how they are shown on the website. He spent over 2 hours on the phone today with multiple ***resentatives trying to get a ***lacement or refund and they refused because "they sent what was advertised." Never mind that he was paying for the presentation as much as the items inside. Eventually they hung up on him on purpose. He spends between $500-$1000 every year from Harry & David on holiday gifts but has sworn to never use them again and to tell everyone in his company about this experience so they don't make the same mistake! #Golocalwithholidaygifts

      Do not order from this company!!!I heard wonderful things about this company but when I placed an order, it was never received!I had to call them twice and spent 2 and a 1/2 hours on the phone with them collectively.They gave me. All of the apologies, 20% off. My next order and assured me that my Christmas gift would arrive by December ******** I have received a notice that they are out of that product and want me to choose something else!I demanded a refund and will never use them again ******* careful!!!

      My wife ordered a very nice gift for our friends! And they screwed it up really bad!! They sent everything separately 1 item then another item a couple days later, then last item the big item a week later! And was wrong! We paid for one thing and got something else! We paid a lot for what we ordered and got very different item way less! We called called customer service and got a lady that sounded like she was on drugs! And in the end,we paid alot for for less! I will not order from them again!!

      The worst. Took money, did not ship product. No updates. Nearly impossible to get through to customer service.Filed dispute thru ******, got some action...but it's all runaround...these ***** purpose is simply to delay and obfuscate. ANYTHING but a refund... we'll send a letter of apology... here's 10% off your next order... on and on. But still no refund.

      I didnt read the reviews before I ordered. Mistake. I ordered two gifts on 12/6/2024 for Christmas. One shipped without issue. The second had all kinds of issues mainly stemming from the fact I couldnt get proper responses from their customer service. No tracking details. After two phone conversations with them with the latest on today 12/21/2024, it was determined that they out and out lied to me. Period. First conversation this AM where they promised to get the gift out and it would be delivered on or before the 24th with a refund. Naturally they couldnt provide me with any confirmation. I asked to speak with a supervisor. A guy called me back an hour later. He told me that actually they are out of stock on this item and it wont deliver until mid January. Hello. The remedy was to have another item shipped with delivery for 12/26/2024. Do I have any confidence that this will happen. Heavens no.
