Ive been a customer with ********************** for several years. We get calls to renew our ads every year, like clockwork, and often do. We couldnt renew all our ad this year due to some financial strains, but we came away with such a supportive response from Bench Craft that we will be customers forever. In all our business dealings with them, weve never felt pressured to buy and have always felt our relationship was valued more even in a down year.

Ive been getting calls from Benchcraft for years and have always passed on their offer. When ****** called me to buy a bench ad recently, he was very convincing and transparent in the offering which I appreciated. I didnt feel pressured or rushed to make a decision. We just finalized our ad proof and love it! Hopefully this turns into some new business but overall, the experience has been very good.Bench Craft Company

This was our first time working with Bench Craft and its been great. We put a coupon on our scorecard ad and have now had two different groups bring it in. For what we paid, we will certainly be doing this again in the future.Bench Craft Company

I am very blessed and honored to work with ******* and his team.I am not sure who can get you a better deal than he can. He is dependable,honest and gets things done when he says so.I am very excited to work with him and plan on to in the future. Anytime I sent out a email, I will get answer anytime I called him he will answer immediately.Its nice to know that where Im investing into I get the satisfaction and wants met.I highly recommend to anyone who work with *******. I got a call from Benchcraft Company to advertise our roofing business on a scorecard and tee sign. I had a great experience with the sales rep as well as *****, who did a great job designing my ad. After playing golf recently and seeing my tee sign but not my scorecard ad, I called and got connected to ****** in the Benchcraft customer service department. ****** looked into this for me and was able to provide a delivery confirmation and later a picture of my ad on the scorecard in the pro shop. I just got a physical copy of my scorecard today in the mail. It took some effort on my part, but they delivered everything they promised.Bench Craft Company

I was promised that my ad would be on hole 10 but I found it on hole 12. OK, mistakes happen but thats not what we agreed upon. I called the 800 number on my contract and spoke to their customer service department about this. The same day I was able to get confirmation back that my ad was moved to hole 10. This level of service was much appreciated and seems very rare now a days. Not a perfect experience but I was treated with excellent customer service.Bench Craft Company

Calls never stop along with Emails. I Tell them more than 20 times take me off their list and dont call, text or email again. I get a day or 2 break and it starts again. I would never do business with a company that dont take leave me alone. I am so sick of being bombarded by these calls. I told the lady today, next time I am contacted I am sending to my attorney for harassment. Let this serve a legal notice to cease and desist.I tried sending an email to corporate and its says error. Tried 5 times in the last 2 weeks.My goal here is to be put in their system with all of my numbers to NEVER contact me in any form againBench Craft Company
