We were contacted by Bench Craft late last year to advertise at three local golf courses. They called many times a day until the salesperson eventually sold ** on supposedly steeply discounted advertising and special placement promotions. After we paid nearly $1600 for these advertisements back in January, they have since called to get us to purchase more spots and now sent **, just today 6/19/23, a second invoice for $1189.00 for all three golf courses. When *********************, the sales rep, called today, he explained this as an art confirmation and to confirm the look so they could process our order. When I looked at the email, it was in fact a new invoice for additional advertising. Our original order has not even been posted yet, they apparently will not even go up until July and August of this year. I called ******************* to ask and he said it is for next year and that this is how it is done, and he just got confirmation to continue. I told him that we would not be purchasing spots for next year and he became very upset and yelled at me, he said that they had explained how this works last time, and that our company had agreed to this and that obviously, we need to wait for it to generate sales and told me to explain why I would not be purchasing more. I told him we would just like to run the one year and that was it. He AGAIN demanded I tell him why. After I said we just want the one year we paid for and that is it, he yelled GOODBYE at me and hung up. I am shocked at how awful this man spoke to me and how quickly he turned from sweet salesperson talk to being rude and condescending toward me simply for not wanting to spend another $1200 when the first adds haven't even ran yet. This all seems so scammy now and we regret ever paying for this in the first place. Do not make the same mistake we made. Advertise literally anywhere else, these are the worst kind of people. ********* marketing practices for sure!

Was contacted by Beechcraft to see if we wanted to advertise with them. Email went to spam that was sent. I contacted the employee to see as it was 6 days later if we had missed the deadline to advertise with them and employee response was No s**** off. Will never work with this company if this is how they have employees treat customersBench Craft Company

You can't beat the cost for the Exposure and ROI to the Demographic - Nobody likes Pop-Up ads, Companies have no true idea of who their ads are even being seen by, a Toddler on their parents iPad or Grandma trying to figure out ********* Targeted High-Middle income demographic, took less than 5 minutes to get signed up and had time to create and give final approval to the Ad I wanted with their Graphic Arts team before it went live. It's always fun bringing clients, friends or family onto the course and casually waiting for them to see the ad, look at me, look at the ad, look back and smile. WELL WORTH THE MONEY!!! I used to buy from bench craft but have stopped using their services as my company has changed its nature of business and we dont advertise anymore. Never had issues with bench craft when I was working with them nor do I have any complaints about their products now. I know sales companies need to find customers but I do still get a lot of calls from them. I have told them repeatedly that were not interested anymore. These calls led me to contact their management where I spoke to a ****** who said he was the manager. Now ****** was nice and understanding of my business and request for no more calls but couldnt guarantee we wouldnt ever be called again due to the fact that they dont auto dial and our business is listed on the internet as a successful business. He asked about our location and made some notes to help remove ** from future calls which I appreciated. I felt my request was taken seriously.Bench Craft Company

Initial purchase and service was good but it took some effort to get confirmation that my ad was installed. Eventually, I got confirmation that my ad was installed, along with a picture of it on the golf course. It would have been nice to have received a notice of installation as opposed to calling in to check on its status. In the end, they fulfilled all their obligations and produced everything on time and as promised.Bench Craft Company

My recent experience with ****** and the team at Bench Craft was excellent. I felt it needed to be noted here that the level of service I received was above and beyond my expectations. ****** was very patient with me as I had to consult with my business partner on several options for this advertisement. Not once did I feel pressured or pushed into something I didnt want to do. ****** provided ** with excellent information that helped ** define several areas of opportunity and supporting demographics that created confidence in our final purchasing decision.Bench Craft Company

Overall, this was a pretty good experience. The sales rep was nice and offered good details on how this would help my business. The contract was presented well. My proof and design experience were really nice actually maybe the best part. The only reason this was not a 5 star review was due to the fact that I had to call them to see why my ad was not at the golf course. Turned out it was produced and shipped but had not been installed yet. A quick call and I got results back within 24 hours including a picture of my sign installed at the golf course.Bench Craft Company

This is my third time buying a bench ad from them and every experience has been a positive one. I like seeing my ad on the golf course and think the quality and cost have been exceptional. Everyone Ive worked with has been attentive and quick to respond to my questions. For these reasons I plan on continuing with this in the future.Bench Craft Company
