Do not use this company. Their sales rep completely misrepresented the length and cost of the services. I would not recommend doing business with them. They were handling advertising for ****** ************ golf course. I will never do business with them again.

There was damage to my bench sign that completely ruined my advertisement. I play this course a lot and notified the pro shop of this issue but didnt see much action on its replacement. I went back to my agreement and contacted Bench Craft for help. Their customer service team worked with me on getting this resolved. They mentioned that the course had already notified them of the issue and that a new sign was in process. I reiterated to them that my current ad was unusable, and I was losing valuable time to advertise in the golf season. I got a call back the next day with an update that my new sign shipped out to the course and the damaged sign had been removed. A few days later I got a follow up call and email with a picture of the new sign installed. I went to the course and verified myself that the new sign was there. I was also informed that I got extra advertising time added to my account for consideration of the time missed when it was damaged. Overall, I felt like the damage (which can happen) was dealt with quickly and efficiently. I know the guys at the golf course and I was happy to hear that my request to fix my sign was taken seriously. It did take some effort on my part but its nice to know Bench Craft took care of this and made it right. The added time that was offered (without me asking) was appreciated and left me feeling reassured that I was backed up with my purchase.Bench Craft Company

After going to the golf course and not seeing my bench ad, I was not happy with how this purchase had gone. I called Benchcraft and spoke with ****** in customer service who looked into this for me. The same day I got a call back and was emailed a picture of my bench sign at the golf course. Turned out the sign had been delivered and was still at the pro shop but not installed yet. ****** coordinated with the course to get it installed that day and get a picture of it. The call with ****** was actually pretty good and left me with a much ***************** than what I first had. Outside of my initial concern of not seeing my ad, everything else was great. My ad is on the course and I felt taken care of as a customer.Bench Craft Company

I had some questions about my purchases after seeing my bench ad on the golf course but not my scorecard ad. I spoke with ******, in their customer service department, and was given the print date of the scorecards. Turned out they had just been printed and had recently arrived at the golf course. ****** mailed me a copy of the scorecard and confirmed with the pro shop that they had just received the new scorecards in time for the 2023 season. I went to the course the following week to play a round and there they were. My ads looked great and the service I received was exceptional. Im excited to have my business displayed on the golf course and had a great experience.Bench Craft Company

I bought three ads late last year on three different golf courses in my area. I wasnt sure what to expect in their return, but I must say my experience with Bench Craft has been very positive and has provided me with legitimate results. Ive received a couple of sales already off the ads placed which greatly exceeded my expectations. I also felt the design services and cost for advertising where great values for what I got. Ill be using Bench Craft again in the future.Bench Craft Company

I have worked with Bench Craft before but never on a course guide book. Everyone was overjoyed with the book's outstanding quality. We are delighted to have been able to aid golfers while at the same time advertising our businesses. Bench Craft never fails to amaze me with its great services. What a scam! *** been told time and time again my bill was paid in full. Then 3 months later I owed another payment. SHM! In September I made the guy send me an e-mail paid in full and removed my credit card information. Then today a call your golf course cards are done I will need to run your card for final payment well doesnt this sound familiar. I told ************************* I needed to grab some paperwork to discuss this with him. He got upset and said he didnt have time for me get records. He just needed payment authorization he still had the card number. He finally agreed I could call him back. I canceled my card and forwarded him the email about the final payment- he has not returned my phone calls. I paid this company over $9,800 last year! And have not received any evidence of any advertising. I definitely feel scammed. I called to make sure this guy even worked for this company and yes he does and the customer service representative had No resolve.Bench Craft Company
