Under the ****, a company is REQUIRED to delete ALL of my information when requested I have asked Radaris MULTIPLE times to delete my information under the **** and they keep adding My information back in under the guise that I lived in other states I LIVE IN **********.     They did not remove my profile. It's still visible and they were requested months ago to permanently remove it.  Then they put back on the site. They do not remove it even when emailing them. They never reply.  I don't want my information on their site !

    8/29/2024 I reached out to Radaris to go through the delete my information and do not sell or forward my personal information process. Upon going through the flow it keeps prompting you to sign up with a service to do exactly what I am doing myself. I emailed customer service, I emailed the ********************************** and provided all the links and pictures they are using without my consent. The pic I provided is not even me nor do I know where they got this pic from but it has my name and a link to Radaris under my name. I request Radaris and all of its sister owned companies to delete my information **** as requested and do not sell or forward it to any other company or country nor store it for future use nor link it to random individuals as I have proven and emailed to them for removal. This company is obligated to follow all laws and regulations and not put individuals through the run around when requesting deletion. *** and **** and other states privacy laws are in violation.

    I am rejecting this response because: A simple review of my provided document shows these links have not been taken down "day 1" of my request and my information with links are still showing. I've worked with the other people search groups and it was handled the same day with zero issues. Do a simple name search and you will see what I sent in the doc (my emails to Radaris)  the picture with my name and a link to Radaris as well as a link with my name on the first page of searching is still there today. I've cleared my cache etc.. so don't waste our time here. Please delete all of my information in all of your databases, do not sell and do not forward.

    I have emailed radaris and sent a cease and desist to stop sharing my personal information on their website. The url link to remove my personal information is not working. Their customer support came back with a message telling me to use the link after I already explicitly stated in the email prior it wasnt working. Furthermore they said I couldnt make a third party request and Im NOT. I want my personal information removed immediately. This is violating my privacy rights.

    A ****** search of my name returns a picture of me that was posted by Radaris. I have made numerous attempts to have Radaris remove the picture from the internet, as it puts my family and me at risk due to the nature of my job. Despite these efforts, the picture remains online. ****** informed me that Radaris hosts the picture, and once they remove it, it will no longer appear in search results.
