This is horrible company. They invoiced me for a service I did not use. I called them and they argued that I didn't cancel the service when the representative I originally spoke with stated that nothing would be activated. ********, who is a supervisor there called me hunny and hung up on me because she I explained my feedback about how their representatives should explain the policy to their clients instead of setting up accounts without their authorization. I only agreed to pay for the sim cards, not a a monthly service I did not get. Also, you call their number and get transferred to 3 different companies and then disconnected. This company is a scam and it very clear that its directed at our elderly which is a shame since the little money they have for retirement is stolen from companies like this.

Consumer Cellular is so easy to work with. Ordered a new phone to replace an aging iPhone 7+. Selected the one I wanted, click, boom, Done !!! Received a few days later and easy set up. CC is the way to go !!Consumer Cellular

Ordering new iPhone was easy. Delivery was good, tracking easy. Setup of new phone by transferring all data from old phone was easy. Had just one problem with ****** mail not connecting with apple mail but after troubleshooting for about 30-minutes it was solved. Overall experience was good as expected.Consumer Cellular

Pretty disappointed. Took 9 days to get the phone. CC made no effort to communicate except for their surveys. I had to initiate all contact trying to get status. I finally received the phone . and only the phone. No instructions AT ALL. Get to Set Up Cellular and that's as far as I can go. Was a big mistake to go with online option. Should have paid a little more and went with a store. You get what you pay for.Consumer Cellular

My wife and I are switching our android phones for iphones. The step by step instructions were not to be found and the support over the phone could not help work past the first problems. Tomorrow we are driving ******************************** person help. Very bad start with our new phones.About 10 years ago we switched from ******* to Consumer Cellular. We saved over $100 be month and the phone service has been excellent. We have upgraded our phones at least twice before with no problems. With all the good we experienced, the current phone upgrade is a surprise and a big disappointment.Consumer Cellular

I received my order, however, It was left on my porch in a rain storm and I never was given an opportunity to sign for it. I did not find it until the next day. It seemed to be undamaged, however, it was at risk of being stolen in the meantime.I do not appreciate the casual and potentially destructive handling of the package.Consumer Cellular
