The glass screen cover kit I ordered with the phone was missing elements for installation and looked used, so I called customer service. I asked for a supervisor because the *** said I had to send it back at my expense. The supervisor was very nasty, not hearing or understanding me and treating me like I was lying. He interrupted me frequently and was very mean and disrespectful. He finally issued a $15 refund. I have spent FAR more than that at CC over the years. I hope they recorded the conversation, because it doesn't fall within their claim of "outstanding" customer service. This is the second time I felt mistreated by CC ***s. I have been a customer for a very long time, but Im actively looking for a new carrier, all because I was sent a defective $15 accessory and the ***/supervisor didnt deliver outstanding customer service. I can no longer recommend Consumer Cellular to my family and friends.

My wife and I have been with Consumer Cellular since I bought my first cell phone 25 years ago. I wouldnt go with anyone else. Great phones, great deals and great customer service. I never thought I could afford an iPhone, but I love my phone and surprising my wife with one this Christmas. It was so easy buying online and the phone arrived quickly. Love Consumer Cellular and my new phone. Easy to set up and transfer information from my old phone. Delivery with **** was questionable, requiring a signature at 10:48pm was ridiculous. **** delivered the next day at a more reasonable hour.Consumer Cellular

Very unhappy about services added to my account without my approval. I want a credit for the services that were erroneously added to my account. I have been misled TWICE by TWO staff leaders that I would be contacted about my dispute. I spoke with CC representatives on 11-6-23 & 11-17-23. As of today, no one has called or email me to resolve this issue.Either CC hires incompetent employees or they simply want me to go away so they do not have to issue a credit.Consumer Cellular

They advertise and show ******* coverage , I applied for they're services to find out they were using **** coverage which is not available in my areaConsumer Cellular

Switching to Consumer Cellular will save me over $130 per month over ******* for the same service! Customer Support with ********************** was very helpful and after struggling with ******* to acquire the the necessary Transfer PIN, ********************** Customer Support ****** was able to get me squared away.
