Hello,Today, 11/25/23 in the end, activation has started. ****************** was satisfactory during the process.At first, I could not get him to understand why I was not paying a bill from 10/4/23 until now. He did honor my request to get help in taking off the charges, after going back and forth about being charged then refunded for services not used.Now, I am waiting for a call back by Monday afternoon, to confirm the transfer from ******* has been completed. I actually love the little phone, but too late discovered that it is TOO little. I am old, with fading eyesight, and just today arranged with your wonderful customer service **** ******* (whose last name I did not write down and don't remember) to return this one after receiving in the next few days a BIGGER phone with the same amount of storage. ******* very patiently helped me order it just moments ago. Ordered new phone on Saturday. Paid for express mail and the phone arrived Monday morning. Can't beat that. Setup instructions weren't very good and customer support's assistance was to tell me to follow the instructions. Finally muddled my way through it and the phone is up and running.Consumer Cellular
