      I have never been to Topsail. I really lucked into booking the *********. I booked the room for 4 adults. We agreed that our room was clean, comfortable, and spacious and the resort was safe. We would stay here again. We also agreed that bedroom 2 needs a king size bed and a dresser and the kitchen could use more bakeware and standard meal prep items such as cutting boards and a colander.

      The management company, Vacasa, negatively impacted our experience at what is otherwise a beautiful property. They misrepresented the homes accessibility, which made the stay extremely difficult for our family and prevented my disabled mother from enjoying much of the trip. This misrepresentation meant my parents missed out on key parts of the vacation we had planned *********** make matters worse, Vacasa repeatedly gave us incorrect pool access codes and only resolved the issue after contacting the property owners directly. While they eventually offered a small refund (around 5% of the total cost) for the accessibility misrepresentation, it does not come close to making up for the lost time, stress, and exclusion caused by their lack of transparency and responsiveness.

      Just recently stayed at beautiful Condo 201 on the beach in ***********, Al. We went through Vacasa and they did a great job from booking to the end of our of stay with informing us of what we needed to do. Very professional and courteous.

      I have stayed at Vacasa properties 4 times. The properties vary, but the Vacasa customer support and communication has always been 5 star.

      Very nice and comfortable dwelling in a lovely picturesque setting. Clean, tidy, sparsely but adequately furnished, with all the kitchen utilities needed.

      Loved the house! It was very well maintained and the location was incredible! They communicated so well with anything we could possibly need! I would definitely stay here again!

      Beautiful home in the mountains! Narnia is exquisite! Accommodates 10 but we only had 3. Plenty of room! We particularly enjoyed the sunroom. There is lots of light in each room. The home was clean and was an amazing get-away. There is lots to do on the resort ******************** itself is closed. This was our 2nd vacation at this home and we will be returning!

      Beautiful condo and excellent location! Everything you need and everywhere to go is within walking distance or a very short drive. Check-in was super easy with parking pass and wrist bands already in the room. Oh what a wonderful vacay!
