      Great communication from time I made reservation until checkout. Great price. Beautiful location that had easy access to moat popular ******* places. Condo was clean and spacious. Plenty of room for 12.

      We have booked several times at different locations with VACASA. Last year our rental had no hot water. This year is record heat, with barely working AC. We had to sleep on the couch due to how hot the upstairs room is. Totally unacceptable. Their resolution was to send someone today (I told them yesterday) but we have plans today. Our vacation is just a weekend away. Our whole weekend away has been spent dealing with this AC issue at this point. And no one is answering me this morning about what time someone is coming.

      Just had a fabulous stay at Casa Susita in ************ ********** www.casasusita.com A fabulous 2 bedroom ****s styled accommodation with direct access to fabulous pool, bbq and spa bath. A short 5 minute ride to historic downtown ************. Just a gorgeous place to stay, and booked with ease online with Vacasa. I ??       Generally have had good experiences with reservations and checking in and out. This is a large, professional management company. However, because they are so large, customer service breaks down a little (or a lot) at the local level. I left a bag at my last rental- admittedly my fault. However, I asked for the bag to be returned 5 days ago, and after many many calls, I still can't get confirmation of shipment, a tracking number, or any other type of verification. And can't call anyone locally for direct information. Very frustrating.

      We stayed at an amazing condo in ********* that was a 2 minute walk to Mission Bay and a 5 minute walk to the Ocean. We left our car in the provided parking spot and biked everywhere we needed to go. The property was clean and had all necessary items in the kitchen. We would definitely stay there again.

      It was lovely and I would stay again. Very comfortable, clean and convenient/close to everywhere (town, hiking, wineries, etc). Wonderful!

      The property was what I expected and clean and adequate. We were going for an offshore fishing trip and it was rescheduled due to an engine fire on the boat. I used the **** site and platform to request a reschedule from VACASA (it was available for time switch) and it said we would receive a response within 48 hours. Not so, after 3 days I had to call VACASA and they said No we were too close to the rental time. So since we already paid, went anyway for some beach time. Arrived on Sunday, and VACASA said we would receive the entry codes that morning before the 4pm check in. Nothing received from them and had to call at 4pm to get the code. That evening a local VACASA rep called and said a plumber and city inspector would be by to fill in hole next the foundation, some minor completion work. Well, on Monday morning the plumbers arrived and said they need to finish plumbing work and asked if we could not use water, toilets for an hour or so, they were very nice guys. NOT what I was told the day before. Since the plumbing was not completed, all our waste on Sunday was going under the house! We did not know that. Given these circumstances, VACASA could have rescheduled and all would have been good. Not sure I will use VACASA again.

      The reservation process was easy and they even let us change our date when half of our party came down with Covid. The online check in process was very convenient. The house was exactly as pictured and was clean. They skimped a little on cheap toilet paper and paper towels and it would have been nice to have something to wrap leftover food in but those are minor things and we made do. I wouldnt hesitate to rent from Vacasa again.
