  They were so easy to contact about everything including having issue getting in on the three units. I text them and they answered immediately with info I needed. My son forgot his sun visors that were custom made in the garage. I text them and they found them and sent them back to us. Such a great experience

  We stayed at ************* Unit B in ************** in July 2022. We checked in at 4 pm & immediately noted the smell of urine from the only bathroom upstairs. There was heavy black mold under the rims in all the toilets (2 1/2 baths). So we started cleaning, as we had 3 families arriving in short order. We discovered the first night that the bunk beds for the kids was not stable. The stairs to the top bunk were not connected to the bed frame, and the frame would sway when a child was in the top bunk. There was hardware on the bed frame for this purpose. We had one child sleep on the floor for safety.The floors were carpeted with lots of tar stains from the beach. We hoped they were at least vacuumed but saw heavy dust on some of the ** vents and bathroom vent.The problems continued the 2nd day. We tried to wash a load of beach towels, and the washer leaked a large amount of water from the bottom of it & covered the utility room, part of the kitchen, and half of the double garage floor. We had by that time also discovered, after several cold showers, that the hot & cold water were reversed in the master bath. The water pressure was not good if someone upstairs was also using water, It took a long time for the hot water to finally get to that shower. We were disappointed to not be able to adequately clean our belongings of sand, especially the 4 who flew in to the local airport. That was the reason to rent a house in the first place. We did not even stay the 4th night.This was a big investment to rent this vacation rental. We checked and VACASA had an A+ rating and were accredited by the BBB. The property was beautiful and in a great location. It was the maintenance and housekeeping that fell woefully short. We have asked for a partial refund but so far VACASA says they are sorry for the inconvenience. We notified them of our early departure so they could make repairs before the next families arrived.

  Great place to stay. Had a few things broken in the condo and communicated this with Vacasa the first night. They stated they would have maintenance look into our issues asap 5 days later, the issues had not been resolved.

  The condo was great. Very roomy, clean and come with all the amenities. The check in process also went smoothly. I'd definitely stay here again.
