      Condominium was exactly as pictured. Very clean and comfortable. Check in and check out super easy. Great communication from Vacasa during stay in case help was needed.

      Great location. Super easy check in and check out. Condo was clean and well stocked. Has a balcony you can sit on and watch the sun rise and set. Very roomy.

      The condo we stayed at was small, but cute. Vacasa needs to have a better cleaning co. We had to clean everything before staying. The floors were *****. There was alot of dirt and trash under the sofa. One bed looked ok, but the other one had dirty sheets on it. We contacted Vacasa and even sent pictures of the dirty areas. They said that they were sorry. When we went to Vacasa's office to check in, they told us the condo was being cleaned and then inspected to make sure it was up to their standards.

      Vacasa did not post our review! Our family did enjoy this cabin but with some caveats. This is our 2nd stay with vacasa recently & our frustration is with the general condition & regular maintenance of the house. It is frustrating to arrive and have to immediately call (multiple times) and then wait for a local person to arrange to have the issue fixed. Vacation time is precious. Having a local manager/number to contact would remedy the problems we encountered. We dont typically have complaints with our rentals and come to the area multiple times a year. 2 major issues that had to be addressed and multiple small ones. Hot tub arrived & it was filthy. Obviously not drained or cleaned. Had to make multiple calls to vacasa to get fixed. Tried to chat the number they gave ******* was like talking in a circle! Eventually, a local supervisor lady came & was super nice and great to work with. TVs it was raining at ************** wanted to watch tv. No ********************** get advertised cable to work on any of the devices. My husband is an *************** work in technology so the average person definitely wouldnt be able to get them working. We finally got streaming services working on 3 of 4 TVs. We moved a roku & used our own charger to power it. We had to call vacasa AGAIN about the tv & again wait to get a technician to come out. He confirmed there was no working cable & apologized. Road almost impassable due to storms in area prior to our arrival (not the fault of vacasa but be aware). Small management items: Glass on microwave broken Outlets not secured to the wall & just hanging there Fire ants on couch Toilet seat on main floor cracked & splintered. Toilet paper holder with sharp edges not safe to use. K*** missing from trash can lid made difficult to open Multiple bulbs out, no spares Process of correcting ******************* of the cabin terrible. Suggest vacasa implement periodic inspection improve management

      We loved our stay at Pelican Haven. The inside is very nice. Has everything you need. Also has a pool and fishing pier.

      Loved everything ! ********* has been "our" Lil family tradition since my youngest son was 4 yrs he is now 19 yrs - the home was great comfortable and clean . Close to everything as well . We will definitely be returning there .

      The property was excellent, clean and what we were hoping for. I never got the e mail about the check in info which raised my stress level a bit on the way to the property but I got a pretty quick text reply with all the info I needed and the rest of the trip went without a hitch. Check out was easy.
