Pacific Bath did a tub to shower conversion and moved the shower water turn on to the other end of the shower area. We requested this change to prevent fall risk from reaching over or around the toilet. It was done in 3 days, luxstone, sliding glass shower doors, grab bars, fold down seat and extra build for the turn on shower change. It is beautiful, well done. Changes were verified with us, explained what would be done. We are very pleased with the work and enjoying our new shower. We highly recommend this company and our installers.

If our team members are doing their jobs correctly, the end result should be exactly what a customer, like you, wanted and expected. On the front end of the process, our bath consultant sought to find out exactly what you wanted. On the back end, our production crew installed what the bath consultant determined was what you wanted. Also, if all our team members are doing their jobs correctly, it should have been a painless process. We want every customer to be happy with the process. I am pleased with the walk in shower conversation. The work was done quickly and efficiently. I had two showers installed and one had a problem, so it did take a little longer. But it was handled correctly. I am happy with my new showers.Pacific Bath

The sales rep was thorough, pleasant, and was knowledgable about the entire product line. He described the high quality of the materials and the professional installation process. The installation required a journeyman electrician, a plumber, and the demo and installation crew. All were professional, courteous, qualified, and tidy. The hallways were covered with tarps, and everything was left clean. They even wiped down the shower!I am very pleased with the workmanship and the price. This professional, perfect installation was comparable to the other companies with lesser quality products. I highly recommend Pacific Bath.Pacific Bath

This week Pacific Bath installed two Luxstone walk in showers in our home. From start to finish they did a phenomenal job. The sales person was good, there was no pressure and he responded to all of our questions. Despite the week long ice storm in ******** they kept to their original schedule. The installers ***** and ****** both were on time, careful and thoughtful in their every action. They arrived and left each day on time and ready to work. They progressed in a logical manner and are well trained. At times I felt as if they communicated through mental telepathy. Their installation work occurred with minimal verbal exchanges and as they cut the various parts and pieces I didnt see one pieces having to be recut. Both Pacific Bath and ****************** should recognize and reward these two gentlemen- they make a great team. The bonus for my wife and I is they completed the demolition and installation in three days rather than the four days promised in the contact.So if youre from northwest ****** and are ever thinking about replacing a tub or shower you best contact the Pacific Bath company. And as far as my wife and I are concerned ***** and ****** are the G.O.A.T.s of bathroom remodeling.Pacific Bath

I don't even know where to start. We had the best experience one could hope for when having our walk-in shower installed. It was an excellent experience from start to finish. ****** our consultant was knowledgeable and walked us through the initial setup appointment and made us feel comfortable and appreciated. We were very pleased with your materials. Our installers, ******* and *** were just as excellent and hardworking. They were on time and completed the job as promised in two days. We're had other experiences on previous home improvement projects that didn't go as planned, not one hiccup on this expensive project. I can't say enough about Pacific Bath. I highly recommend them for any of your bathroom remodeling or upgrades you require.We had a bathtub shower combo removed and replaced with a walk-in shower.
