Great job started day done day 2, ripped old tile expanded our shower. Like every renovation there is hidden problems and they handled them quickly and effectively great job, Very happyPacific Bath

As you astutely noted, every **************** has the possibility of having hidden problems as there can be issues hidden behind the bathroom walls. These issues only become exposed once when our installation team does the demolition. As there is the possibility of having these hidden problems with many bathroom projects, our installation team members take them in stride and quickly determine ways to correct these issues while trying to keep the project moving along. I just had a walk in shower installed in my guest bathroom. The workmanship was topnotch. The attention to detail was perfection. And when I had questions they stopped what they were doing and answered them for me. Demolition and installation were both finished in the two day allotted time frame. We are very pleased with the end result. Pacificbath are awesome and I recommend them very highly.Pacific Bath

Just had my master shower and tub removed and remodeled to KOHLERs LuxStone about a week ago. The materials, fit and finish were excellent. Even though the contract was a bit more expensive than I expected, the whole process of demolition and installation by **** and his assistant was perfectly and outstandingly done. The team was a bit behind schedule on day 1 because of the trucks engine problem, they showed up, completed the project in 2 days.I really appreciated Levis, his assistance (the plumber too) great work ethics: professional, communication, excellent attention to details (your caulking skill was just top notched) and respect. The team was actual employees of PacificBath not some untrustworthy subcontractors. I also appreciate ************************* helps to guide me through the redesign and documentation process. If you ever need to update your shower, I highly recommend these guys from PacificBath.Pacific Bath

When our customers enter into an agreement with Pacific Bath for their bathroom projects, they are expecting great customer experience. This begins even before there is an agreement, when the bath consultant, like ********, works with our customers to design the new walk-in shower of their dreams. This great customer experience continues throughout the installation process. In order to provide great customer service, we believe it is necessary that the installation crews be our employees versus subcontractors. We cannot control the quality of work with subcontractors like we can with employees, and we only want professionals, like **** who does quality work, installing for us. ******************* and *********************** removed our old tub and installed a walk in shower. They were prompt, efficient, friendly and accommodating to our schedule.
