Wow, Pacific Bath did everything as promised. We had a shower conversion project done. The installers were professional and respectful of our home. The workmanship was fantastic and it was a pleasant experience.

Love our new walk-in shower from Pacific Bath. It replaced a garden tub that was very difficult to get in and out of. Wishing we would have contacted them sooner.Pacific Bath

The primary service that we believe we can provide to our customers is safer bathing option. As you indicated, getting in and out of a garden tub can be difficult, which can lead it to being unsafe. Thank you for choosing Pacific Bath when you wanted to update your bathroom. Our goal for each project is to complete the job in two days, if possible. Sometimes there are things that present themselves during the install that prevents us from completing a project in two days. However, when there are no significantly complicating issues, like with you project, our installation crew members are able to complete the project in two days because they do work very efficiently. Pacific Bath Company was so professional from the initial sale up until the final moments of install. Our salesman was very knowledgeable of the product lines and also very personable. The installers did a great, quality job on the demo and installation. They also explained the functions of my new shower and made sure we were satisfied before they left. Will definitely be using them again for our master bath.Pacific Bath

Thank you for illustrating it is the whole process from sales to the final installation that is important. Obviously, if Pacific Bath install an inferior product, our customers would not be happy. But, even if we install a superior product but fail somewhere else in the process, likely our customers still will not be happy. Purchased an older home with rundown tub shower mix. Was so pleased to upgrade to a walk-in shower with the Pacific Bath team. Communication was excellent from the first visit until post completion! Couldnt have asked for a better result. Such a beautiful new shower. And with all the other projects the house needed, the financing was a nice benefit. At Pacific ****, we know that if we are going to meet our goal of providing quality customer service that it starts with with us having good communication with our customers. Obviously, if we did not install a quality shower, than good communication still would not result in a happy customer. Yet, even we installed a quality shower but had poor communication with a customer, we likely could still have an unhappy customer. It takes both, as you implied in your review. We are very satisfied with the Kohler Shower that **** installed. He was very informative of the steps that they were going to do to remove the old tub and the old tiles. **** kept us in formed of the process. We picked Pacific Bath over some other companies, because Kohler products are a good value. We now have a safe shower with a product locker and two hand rails and a teak foldable shower seat. The shower has a split shower head with a handheld shower head.**** and his team were very informative of the steps that they would take for the demolition of the old walls down to the studs and the removal of the bathtub.**** consulted with us as he was installing the new shower and kept us informed of his progress. I recommend **** and Pacific Bath highly.**********Pacific Bath

We are very pleased. Pacific Bath installed a Kohler walk-in shower as a replacement of a bathtub/shower. We are very happy with the quality of the materials and hardware that were installed. *************** walked us through every step from what our needs were to the locations of hand rails to the split shower head/ handheld shower head. ****** is the only brand shower with a portable bench for the shower. We are happy with this addition. There was no mess in the demolition. ************* explained what they were doing every step of the way. The brushed nickel hardware, class doors and floor to ceiling walls is beyond our expectations.Pacific Bath
