The team that did our shower was very professional. There was one issue with the shower curtain rod, but it was resolved to our satisfaction. They did a good job. Thank you very much.Pacific Bath

I choose Pacific Bath for my shower remodel after bidding against 2 other companies. Above and beyond the competitive bid, Pacific Bath was the only company that promised to start and finish immediately. No wait up to 6 weeks, for out of state materials delivery. A couple of reasons WHY to choose Pacific Bath 1. Sales/Design representative, **** never tried to sell me, but instead offered recommendations that best meet my specific needs and that also exceeded our expectations! **** also returned to meet the team before work began to review details and offer support. 2. Received a call to start earlier than scheduled (when does that happen)! 3. ********* lead by *** was prompt, organized, worked clean and professional. 4. Crew members ******* and ***** assisted Master ********* *** with eagerness and high energy throughout the day. 5. Team worked straight thru 10 straight hours each day stopping only to communicate/show design details with my wife and I. 6. The added attention to detail to ensure safe and convenient handicap accessibility was Outstanding! Pacific Bath provides high quality products, service and workmanship. Everything that I encountered with Pacific Bath Company from start to finish exceeded my expectations. The finished project was absolutely beautiful. The Kohler Shower install by Pacific **** was professionally done from start to finish. The Lead Installer *** lead a team 3 others to deconstruct our existing shower and replace with the new European type walk-in shower that was designed for our living space. *** was assigned to this project due the uniqueness of the design. *** guided the rest of team over the 4 days to complete the installation professionally. *** was in contact with me to make sure that this is what the plan had intended and what we wanted. All the team members had their individual skill sets for the install. On the third ****************, one of the Installation Field Managers visited the location for about one hour or so to meet with the Installers and Client. That was reassuring. So in closing I would also like to thank *******, ***, ******* and ***** who worked in our home this week and treated it with respect. *********************************** plus Clover the DogPacific Bath

One of the areas that Pacific Bath believes sets it apart from our competitors is being able to provide a custom design when one is needed. While many of our customers' bathrooms do not provide the challenge that your bathroom did, our team members do not flinch when a customer's bathroom provides such a challenge. Yet, we know it is not just the final product that is important, it is the complete journey that we travel with our customers to get to that final project.
