We worked with ***** and ***, and we were completely satisfied! Both are very knowledgeable, personable, and professional. *** put in many hours to make a difficult job perfect, and ***** always responded quickly to our questions. We discovered that this company stands by their warranty 100%.

For any home improvement company to succeed, you have to have high quality team members. At Pacific ****, we fortunately do, spanning across the different positions within the company. Additionally, at Pacific Bath, we know that ever stage of the interaction between our customers and our team members is critical, e.g., from sale (*****) to install (***), end beyond (warrant work subsequent to install). If we underperform at any stage, our customers will not be fully satisfied. Unsatisfied customers do not glowing reviews like you did. The bath/shower in the second bathroom in my mother's home was at the point where we couldn't use it. I contacted Pacific Bath Company and they sent out ****, who helped me decide on what type of shower I wanted to replace the bath/shower. I wanted to replace the bath/shower with a walk-in shower, **** gave me ideas, and we came up with the perfect plan. Approximately 4 weeks later ***** and **** showed up and the work began. They had the job completed in a day and a half. They were very professional and kept me in the loop the entire time. I love my new shower.Pacific Bath

***** and ****** are the definition of professionalism. From their arrival to exit, I couldnt ask for more. Start to finish, they showed what craftsmanship is truly about. Through demolition and installation, work sites were spotless as could be, products are all we could ask for!! I can only hope Pacific Bath knows the value in character, work ethic, and caliber of these two young men and the products surpasses our expectations you wont be sorry for choosing Pacific Bath!Pacific Bath

Top notch job by ******* and his teammates on our walk-in bath, shower and water heater installation. Courteous, meticulous, and neat; we hardly knew they were here on what turned into a 4 day project. We had a bath to shower conversion completed by Pacific Bath and are extremely happy with the result. ******, our installer, effectively communicated, addressing our questions and keeping us informed throughout the process. ****** was fantastic resolving the surprises faced in demolition (prior leak damage and mold mitigation). The final product was professional and repairs to the walls outside the bath were seamless (down to the matched wall textures). We could not be happier with our new shower or the service provided by ******.Pacific Bath
