I was so happy with our new Kohler shower system installed in a guest bathroom earlier this year that I had Pacific Bath come back to do our Master Bathroom too. *** and the whole install team did a superb job which included coming up with some creative ways to solve the problems that inevitably come up when dealing with a 65-year-old house. Pacific Bath came through for us when other contractors turned and ran from what they considered to be too small a job. We are very happy with the outcome and the value for the money.

Our installation service was very professional and courteous. ****** led the team in scoping out any irregularities in our house construction to ensure installation and clean up were done in a timely manner. We appreciated that they kept us informed at each step of the process and each team member went out of their way to be cordial and enthusiastic. I had a walk-in bath put in from Pacific Bath, my husband loves it with all the jets, perfect for his back and neck, and they are adjustable. ************** and ****************** were very professional did a great job.Pacific Bath

*** and his trainee of Pacific Bath Company worked 30 hours in three days to install our new walk-in bath. They did an outstanding job making sure that the littlest detail was correct. They did not even stop for lunch and one day for dinner preferring to get to the perfect stopping point. Without reservation we would highly recommend these two installers. All of Pacific Bath's team members are focused on providing a ***************, which requires an intention to detail. Thus, it does not surprise that *** and his Technician Assistant did so for your project. Nonetheless, it was really nice that the two of you recognized their efforts. Be careful & cautious.Stay informed each step. Take photos as the work progresses. Take the time to do a detailed inspection of the work.They were willing to come back and fix the items that were wrong. However, every time they came backsomething else broke or was done incorrectly. The 4 day job ended up being 14 days.Overall, I am 95% happy with the end productbut the process was tiring and frustrating.Pacific Bath

We are very happy with the shower that was installed and it was great to have it installed earlier than originally expected. All the installers (plumbing and shower) were very professional and knowledgeable. I want to especially commend the shower installers. They kept our home clean by laying down tarps to walk on (lots of rain during installation), vacuumed the work area so debris did not get tracked elsewhere, worked quietly (no blaring music playing), and worked steadily to get the job done as quickly as possible, but did not cut corners. They made sure they did the job right. They were able to answer my questions during the installation process. They were very pleasant people and we felt very comfortable having them in our home. I especially want to commend the lead installer. He was phenomenal and I wish I could have him for other remodel projects we may be doing.Pacific Bath

We were very impressed with the installation of our walk-in tub. All installers were very professional, from the installers to the plumber and the electrician. They kept us informed of the process and answered all questions asked. We were very comfortable with the process. And they always kept us updated on the time line. All of the contractors kept the house clean best of all were very friendly. At Pacific Bath, we know it takes a team, including when necessary subcontractors, to provide the level of customer service we believe our customers deserve. We also know to provide that level of customer service we have to keep our customers informed throughout the process. Fortunately, we were able to install your walk-in bath sooner than projected. While we provide a practical timeline at the time of sale as to when we expect to install, sometimes we get the product in sooner and are able to install sooner, like we did in your case. We are unbelievably delighted with the new shower. What also made this an incredible experience was when we initially called to cancel the installation date due to just being out of the hospital. However, Pacific Bath was able to make arrangements to allow the installation to continue on the day we had cancelled and it was able to keep our scheduled appointment for us. Even more so was a lady and a gentleman who came to the house with a flower arrangement. It was lovely. You just dont find this care and service anymore; but it is a hallmark of Pacific Bath. The thoughtfulness of Pacific Bath and the quality of the Kohler materials cannot be overstated. Everything from the time we spent with **** through the entire process was beyond perfect. I can't even remember a time when I could say that about any company or about the service provided. The installers were phenomenal. Unfortunately I was bedridden and was not able to engage any of the people that were here at any length. However, the installers in addition to speaking English also spoke Spanish which was a huge plus for me. I lived in ********** for a number of years and I could not resist speaking with them a little bit in Spanish. I studied in ********** and in *********. Summarily, if anyone is seeking to have a shower or bath put in their home, there is only one phone call to make and one company to deal with and that is Pacific Bath and *******. I wish I had a contact at Kohler so that they could know how utterly fantastic you are.Our heart felt thanks and appreciation for all that you've done.Pacific Bath
