From start to finish, Pacific ******** people were very professional, detailed and friendly. It was important to me to find someone that did not pressure me. Someone that listened when I spoke. The installers were extremely professional, called before they arrived, stared at 8AM, and they laid a drop cloth throughout the house where they walked. They cautiously remover the old shower with care not to cause unnecessary damage. I periodically looked in to see the work and to see parts of my house I have not seen. The installers were friendly and did not mind me doing this. A nd when they finished, they cleaned up after themselves asked me to view the shower for approval and reviewed its operations. We made a very wise and good choice. The shower was amazing, We love the glass doors, the water controls, and the shelves . It is difficult to give them a 5 star rating, when they have earned a 6 starr rating ! ! !

Excellent experience with Pacific Bath Company on my recent shower renovation/installation! From the schedulers to the installers, it was a smooth, thorough and professional experience. Extra credit to the installers who drove from ******* to ****** for the installation! Of course, the shower must be mentioned as well. Beautiful, well-made and remarkably high quality. Love it. The purchase and installment of my new Kohler shower by Pacific Bath was a delight from beginning to end. **** explained his product and we looked at all the options until I was satisfied with my selection. Then we went through the financing options which were easy to understand, and then he stepped me through the construction process and alerted me that it might take 3 days to complete. Those working in the front office kept me up to date and I was happy to welcome the team into my home for installation. They showed me what they were doing and even asked some questions to be certain that this was the way I wanted the set-up. They were professional, very neat and careful, and worked more like friends rather than laborers. They knocked a day off what I was led to expect, and we joked around a bit before they left. I went back to savor the sight of the new shower, turned on the water, and the best delight .. Ahhhhhhhhhh !Pacific Bath

Everything went great with the install. The guys were very nice they cleaned as they went, covered the entire floor areas to keep any dust under control.My wife and I really love the shower, we both find it hard to end showering when its time to get out.GOOD JOB!!Pacific Bath

I purchased my home in 2018, it was built in 2011 and it checked quite a few of the boxes of desires in my new home. I did a lot of improvements to the outside, but put off replacing the step in tub/shower combo. It was a huge tub that never got used and hated stepping over the tub to use the Shower. My father sent me a link about ****** shower replacement and filled out the info to see about cost and more information, less than 10 minutes I received a call from a Kohler representative that gave me a contact for PacificBath. The sales representative came out within a week or so to do their presentation and I was impressed with the whole system that is used in the Kohler shower renovation. We set up an install date about 6 weeks out, due the volume of installations. I was contacted by another representative to confirm my selection of materials and install date. The install date came and the two installers showed up at 8 am ready to do the demo. The crew was very neat, laying down drop cloths from the bathroom to front door. The old tub was removed in no time. They found no issues so the work began to relocate the drain and pre the walls for new drywall. At the end of day one they cleaned up and stowed everything in the shower area. On day 2 the crew showed up and set up to do the rest of the installation, the crew was very clean and efficient, both were always working either prepping the area or cutting the material for the shower walls. They were always willing to answer questions or allow me to peak at the progress. The job was finished and they cleaned up the the bathroom and were done by 3 pm or so. Im really pleased with the materials used and workmanship of the Pacific ********* from the sales through the installers.Pacific Bath

Pacific Bath did an outstanding job doing both our bathrooms. We had a shower replaced in one bathroom and a bathtub replaced in the other. Both look amazing. The installers were courteous and skilled. They cleaned up after the job was done and it was completed on time. I highly recommend Pacific Bath.Deb UPacific Bath
