Pacific Bath did two walk-in showers in the bathrooms in my home. No problems with order's arriving, etc. The bath materials came in when expected. The installers arrived when they were supposed to. The workmen were kind, courteous, layed down floor covering so as not to dirty/damage my floors. Picked it up and stored it until the next day. ***************************** was the head installer. He is knowledgeable, kind and respectful to ********** home. They work with the bathroom doors closed to minimize the *********** escaping into other rooms of your home. He promptly addressed any concerns or questions I had. The whole experience was a real class act. Im very pleased with the quality of the materials and the ease of upkeep of the Kohler products. The workmanship is spot on. The showers look lovely. I couldnt be more pleased. Im so glad I didnt go the, hiring a contractor to do these remodels route. In 4 days I had two beautiful new showers. *********************Pacific Bath

Im very pleased with this project. On time. Got the job done and done right in the promised two days. Friendly and informative. Explained what how and why. Great clean up job too! On a scale of one to ten I give it an overall 10! I do recommend Pacific Bath.Pacific Bath

Sales Team: came in and explained everything about product. *************************** and ******************************* explained everything there is to know about product. We asked a million questions and they were polite and courteous. We didnt feel pressured but we were in a hurry to get our bath area remodeled. They were extremely professional and kept it loose and comfortable rather than rushed into a major purchase. Financing: we went back and forth with trying to get adequate info due to me being an 1099 emp. We figured it out and install date was set up 30 days out while parts were ordered. Install: ******** was great. They came in and explained their agenda for the day and cleaned up as they went along. They answered and addressed any questions and concerns we had. They were punctual and very efficient. *** props to them for exhibiting professionalism and thoroughness throughout.Pacific Bath
