From the day we met with the salesman to weeks after install, Pacific Bath was professional and kept in touch with us about everything. The two installers, ************** were knowledgeable. Professional & friendly. They had great work ethucs.They told us when they would be here and both days, they were right on the dot! They did a superb job.Great follow up contact, too.We highly recommend Pacific Bath.

To whom it may concern.The first part of April,2024 we had Pacific Bath remove an older bathtub from our main bathroom.The experience from start to finish was excellent. The installers arrived when scheduled and were neat and efficient during the complete job. They communicated throughout the project and we were completely satisfied thru the job form beginning to finish. The new walk in shower is perfect and we would recommend the team we had to everyone as a ********************************** to do a outstanding *************************************Pacific Bath

We love our new shower! The whole process was easy and it was installed sooner than expected. ****** did a beautiful job installing the shower, the area was spotless when he left, and all the debris was hauled away. We appreciated him taking the time to give us excellent instructions on how to operate the various parts of the shower and care for it. All in all a great experience.Pacific Bath

My experience with pacific bath was beyond amazing. I have heard great things before but now experiencing the kindness, helpfulness and getting it done fast for my family was amazing. Special thanks to ***** that was our installer, I dont remember the other kids name but especially coming into a home and being so professional and letting my cat ???? be the supervisor. My experience with Pacific Bath was beyond my expections. From ***, our sales representative to the installation team and the plumber everything happened as promised. The entire team, from the salesperson to the plumber to the installation team and the office staff gave outstanding service. **** the installer listened to my concerns about placing a wall between the toilet and the shower. He was able to modify the original design, remove the wall and end up with what I wanted, a complete Glass enclosed shower. The plumber explained why I needed to relocate the shower head and did an excellent job doing so. **** and **** listened to my concerns about possible damage to my wooden railings, which I spent 60 hours painting, and wrapped everything with protective coverings. This team of remodelers of the many I have had during my 30-year remodeling project were the best of them all. I highly recommend Pacific Bath because of their commitment to excellence at each step of the project.Pacific Bath

Thank you for pointing out three aspects of Pacific ************** model that is important to us providing the service our customers expect. The first is that it takes of team of Pacific Bath personnel to provide service to our customers: from the initial call with the call center employee who set your appointment with the bath consultant, to the bath consultant who initially designed your project, to production personnel (installers/plumber) who installed the project, and everyone else between. The second aspect is that our production personnel take precautions to protect your home, like they were protecting their own homes. Finally, the project is a corroboration between Pacific Bath and our customers, as we are there to assist them in getting the bathroom they want. Great team, workmanship, knowledgeable and very efficient! They arrived on time protected our home from the construction. They kept in constant communication with us telling us whats happening. Were very accommodating to install grab bars I bought locally. Finished project look like the beautiful showers you see in the pictures!Pacific Bath

I recently had 2 old Sun City tub/showers replaced by the most exceptional installation team at Pacific Bath. ******, the lead installer and plumber was absolutely amazing. His skill level, work ethic and integrity were/are beyond comparison! His other team members, first ******* and then ***** were also excellent.
