Please don't waste your time and money!!! I have had 3 terrible experiences! One was a latte/expresso machine (supposedly) and when I opened the box I couldn't believe it was a bunch of junk that had been thrown in the box - an old plastic measuring cup, a used, cracked NutriBullet container and a few other pieces of junk from someone's kitchen! Another item was a fabric covered bench - there are 4 very noticeable slits in the fabric on the top of the bench! That money is down the drain! And my third experience was a treadmill I purchased. I ended up having surgery that week so we couldn't pick it up. They won't refund me, but told me it was re-auctioned when I asked if I could sill pick it up! So they made money on it twice. More money down the drain! I realize there are terms and conditions but why do they want to steal money from people?! I've also heard that they run up the bidding when someone is bidding on an item!M@C Discount

As an auction liquidator, M@C Discount runs auctions on items that were returned to Big Box retailers for any reason. When customers are registering to bid with us, they are agreeing to our terms and conditions. Those terms and conditions can easily be referenced at **************************************** will cite the "Open Box' condition code here.2.10.2 Open Box Open Box items were sold by a retailer, and potentially used before being returned by the customer. Open Box items may be damaged or have an opened box with missing pieces, so unless the condition of a specific item is explicitly stated, User should not make any assumptions about it other than that it may be ripped, scratched, non-functional or otherwise damaged. All Open Box items are sold AS/IS. M@C makes all items available for inspection prior to bidding, it is the responsibility of the User to inspect all items before placing a bid on the Site.Customers are always more than welcome to inspect many of our items before they place their bid. We actually encourage inspection before a bid is placed. We do offer the **************** for many of our items as well. I will paste the ***************** terms for reference. 2.16. **************** - A User may elect to purchase **************** for any individual item in the auction. This purchase is elected at the time the bid is placed in the auction. The cost varies based on the product characteristics. The **************** product allows the User to return the Item, for which the product was purchased, within 5 Business Days following the date the Item was picked up. This return is treated as a **************** return, and a reason is not required to process the refund. The **************** fee will not be refunded.If customers ever believe an item is not congruent to the listing, they can bring it in for a Manager Review. A manager would review the item and then compare it to the listing to see if a refund would be warranted. Customers always have 30 days from the close of the auction to ask for a review. Reviews are at the complete discretion of the manager. I will cite our removal policy as well.2.8. Item Removal - Buyer is required to pick-up all items purchased by the removal time set forth in the specific Selling Event. All removal shall be at the expense, liability and risk of the Buyer. If the Buyer does not pick-up an item within the removal period for the specific Selling Event, MAC.BID may, at their sole discretion, deem the item to have been abandoned by the Buyer and the Buyer will have no further rights with respect to the item. Bought a shark sweeper like new condition. It was dirty, accessories were missing and the cord is cut off. It is unusable. There own advertising states like new condition was never used. But vacuum is full of dirt. They will not refund. Do not use butler store.M@C Discount

These items are not tested for functionality or completeness -for items that are marked Like New a bidder must examine the item thoroughly when claiming (pick-up) the item. If the item does not appear new or unused or if there is an issue, the bidder MUST report this to MAC.BID prior to leaving the premises. Once the bidder has left the premises with the item, MAC.BID cannot issue any Refund for issues arising with the item. MAC.BID may offer credit on future purchases for all Like New items with discovered defects, not including buyer remorse.We always encourage item inspection before a bid is placed, or at the time of pick up if it is coded as Like New and sealed. They will bid up the item themselves to make more money. I bought items, paid for them and then was told my account was suspended. No items and never got a refund. Every location has Pedophiles working at it ( just check the ml website) and convicted FELONS. The stuff is garbage ( store returns and damaged). Whatever is listed on the box is what they will list it as knowing that's not what is inside the box. Credit card number must be given in advance and once they have it you're screwed.M@C Discount

We also are a company that does try and give people a second chance in life as well. We are also very conscious of safety issues. I purchased something knowing it would have some missing parts or flaws..but to get something that has no hardware to put it together is another story. What good is it if I can't put it together. And yes I know you take that chance but that's kinda ridiculous. Now I have to get the hardware for the product somewhere else.M@C Discount
