The cowpens location is great! They are very helpful. I have never had a problem finding any of my items. and they always have CARTS! It makes a big difference. I picked up at other locations and they never have any carts and no one will help you. I love the Spartanburg/Cowpens location!M@C Discount

The customer is relaying the entire story here. First, the television they won had a total of over $2,000 with **. Second, the customer did not pay that invoice over the 3 business day period. As a result their account was suspended. The customer agreed to this when they registered to *********** via our terms and conditions.I will cite that policy point for reference.2.3. Exclusion of ***************** or Amendment of *************** Without limitation to any other remedies, M@C may exclude any User from any Selling Event and block any registration if the User has breached or threatens to breach these Terms and Conditions or engages in any behavior which M@C in its sole discretion regards as likely to have an adverse effect on the conduct of the Selling Event or the reputation of M@C. I recently purchased several items from M@C Discount and only one of the 8 items were in good shape. They should not be allowed to sell items that are broke and unable to be fixed.M@C Discount

As an auction liquidator, M@C Discount runs auctions on items that were returned to Big Box retailers for any reason. When customers are registering to ***********, they are agreeing to our terms and conditions. Those terms and conditions can easily be referenced at **************************************** will cite the "Open Box' condition code here.2.10.2 Open Box Open Box items were sold by a retailer, and potentially used before being returned by the customer. Open Box items may be damaged or have an opened box with missing pieces, so unless the condition of a specific item is explicitly stated, User should not make any assumptions about it other than that it may be ripped, scratched, non-functional or otherwise damaged. All Open Box items are sold AS/IS. M@C makes all items available for inspection prior to bidding, it is the responsibility of the User to inspect all items before placing a bid on the Site.Customers are always more than welcome to inspect many of our items before they place their bid. We actually encourage inspection before a bid is placed. We do offer the **************** for many of our items as well. I will paste the ***************** terms for reference. ****. **************** - A User may elect to purchase **************** for any individual item in the auction. This purchase is elected at the time the bid is placed in the auction. The cost varies based on the product characteristics. The **************** product allows the User to return the Item, for which the product was purchased, within 5 Business Days following the date the Item was picked up. DO NOT use this "company". They promised me a refund then never processed the refund and then tried to fight it when I filed a dispute. I just won the dispute today but I still cant believe this company is still in business. They are dishonest, rude, inefficient, incapable, and just overall a really lacking group of people. I hope others are not tricked by the so called cheap prices because usually the items are missing pieces or they are damaged.M@C Discount

Those terms and conditions can easily be referenced at ****************************************** to privacy reasons we can't dive a lot into the situation at hand. We can say that the customer's representation is not accurate at all. We can say that customer's are responsible for their own account as per our terms and conditions. I will cite that policy point for reference.2.2. Users Accounts - Users are assigned an account name and password on registration. Users are responsible for all actions taken under their account name and password and shall only use the Site using their own account name and password. Users must keep their password safe and shall not disclose it to any other person and shall not permit any other person to utilize their account details. Users are required to complete those transactions that occur using their account name and password, whether such transactions are authorized or not.I can also say we did offer a refund and it was not satisfactory to this customer. In turn, the customer filed the ******************* Open Box Open Box items were sold by a retailer, and potentially used before being returned by the customer. I am so in love with MacBid! Honestly, I need an intervention because I buy so much stuff. I have totally refurnished my whole office and put in all new light fixtures in my home from stuff I get here. It's soooo crazy cheap that it's tough to not take a peek at the auctions each night. I've been to Washington, Robinson, Pittsburgh Mills, Beaver Falls, Monroeville, and Butler and can say the staff at each place is always super helpful and friendly. I'm glad there isn't a location in my direct neighborhood, or I would never leave!M@C Discount

I've been purchasing from Mac bids for over a year. I've gotten many great items. I have won 2 pallets, stick vacuums, and so many other items. I primarily go to Washington PA and Uniontown and have always had a positive experience. Very pleased consumerM@C Discount
