I think this business had many fflaws for one they will cancel your account even if they find out that you KNOW someone who had failed to pick up the auction items they one. The kicker is ***** of the time the you've were issues for just not picked up. Therefore M@c discount was able to trust and sell again and makes more money. Keep in mind this is someone you may know that we'll cause your account to get suspended. So if you have any friends in ******** that won't an auction and never picked up their items, even if they paid for them, your better unfriend then or you will lose your account as well. It better yet, refuse to do business with this place. They obviously take things personal in a business that is naturally going to ruin into as situations where someone just couldn't make it to pick up their items. On top of all of this, if they cancel your account because you know someone they don't like, you will not get a refund for the items you have paid for and then couldn't pick up because of their decision to cancel your account in mid stream. Isn't that convenient.M@C Discount

As an auction liquidator, M@C Discount runs auctions on items that were returned to Big Box retailers for any reason. When customers are registering to ***********, they are agreeing to our terms and conditions. Those terms and conditions can easily be referenced at ********************************************* those terms and conditions is section 2.3. I will cite that policy point for reference. 2.3. Exclusion of ***************** or Amendment of *************** Without limitation to any other remedies, M@C may exclude any User from any Selling Event and block any registration if the User has breached or threatens to breach these Terms and Conditions or engages in any behavior which M@C in its sole discretion regards as likely to have an adverse effect on the conduct of the Selling Event or the reputation of M@C. Furthermore, M@C reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to exclude products from offers and refuse acceptances, bids or offers, as well as to discontinue Selling Events or its Services altogether at any time or for any reason.In scenarios like this, typically multiple links have been made between accounts. As an auction liquidator, M@C Discount runs auctions on items that were returned to Big Box retailers for any reason. When customers are registering to bid with us, they are agreeing to our terms and conditions. Those terms and conditions can easily be referenced at **************************************** will cite the "Open Box' condition code here.2.10.2 Open Box Open Box items were sold by a retailer, and potentially used before being returned by the customer. Open Box items may be damaged or have an opened box with missing pieces, so unless the condition of a specific item is explicitly stated, User should not make any assumptions about it other than that it may be ripped, scratched, non-functional or otherwise damaged. All Open Box items are sold AS/IS. M@C makes all items available for inspection prior to bidding, it is the responsibility of the User to inspect all items before placing a bid on the Site.Customers are always more than welcome to inspect many of our items before they place their bid. We actually encourage inspection before a bid is placed. We do offer the **************** for many of our items as well. I will paste the ***************** terms for reference. ****. **************** - A User may elect to purchase **************** for any individual item in the auction. This purchase is elected at the time the bid is placed in the auction. The cost varies based on the product characteristics. The **************** product allows the User to return the Item, for which the product was purchased, within 5 Business Days following the date the Item was picked up. The **************** fee will not be refunded.If customers ever believe an item is not congruent to the listing, they can bring it in for a Manager Review. Reviews are at the complete discretion of the manager. Auction liquidation is very much a learning experience and it isn't always for everyone. Be careful if you bid on anything too high that has a battery or runs on electric. Make sure you get the Buyer's Protection on those items. These were all returns for a reason.M@C Discount

My name is *************************** and I have been a member of Mac Bids for several months. I am so glad that my family and I found out about this wonderful business that has literally saved us hundreds, or maybe even thousands of dollars within the first few months. Many things that we have purchased from Mac bids we were unwilling to pay full price for, but were able to buy them because we received such a good deal. Mac Discount sold me an empty box refused to refund my money $14 and the manager of the monroeville pa store was very rude to me and my wife the could care less don't ever shop.there really an empty box smhM@C Discount

After review from the manager at the location, this description of the scenario is not 100% accurate. In referencing the amount of the item with a rough time line, it looks like the item would have been a large Large Shoe Organizers Storage Boxes for Closet. When we referenced the pictures, the item was in the box. The warehouse follows up as well and takes pictures. We can verify they did walk out with their item. Thank you.David F.

There was no item I left the box with thr refund lady right across from the manager mac who saw me knave it and I stated you can resale it to someone else the empty box ?? and it was $14 dollars do I need to.post my order and your photos? I'd it was all there or even half there would have been great but nothing 2 pieces and you had to open it to see what it was because there was no labels on the box just very bad customer serviceReview fromRhonda P

I was banned for life for refusing to pay for an item that appeared on my watch list. I was flipping through the watch list on my phone and it appeared as a bid. A confirmation of the bid didn't pop up so I didn't understand how it went through as a winning bid. I tried to cancel the bid by speaking to a customer service rep. I was told I still had to pay for the item even if it was a technical issue. They then cancel all of my paid bids awaiting pickup and refunded the money minus the fees. My husband set up an account in his name, won additional home repair items and paid the bids under a card in my name. When he went to pick up the items he was told he was banned as well. No explanation, just "sir your banned." We're elderly folks just trying to repair our one hundred year old home. My husband had nothing to do with my refusal to pay for the item. He shouldn't have been banned. He drove all the way to pick up items from ******** Twp. Just to be told he couldn't have them. If you're going to banned people at least let them know before pickup or better yet give them the paid items.M@C Discount

We refute the claims of this bid being a technical issue. When a customer registers to bid in a specific auction for a specific warehouse, all the lots listed in that auction can be bid on without the hassle of registering every time for that auction. It is a slide to bid button, so it does take some effort to bid on an item. The customer already had a big invoice go unpaid, which we forgave. Since she stated that she was not going to pay for the invoice, we suspended her account. We suspended her husband's account as well. Here are the policy point in which they bother agree to when they registered to ***********:2.2. Users Accounts - Users are assigned an account name and password on registration. Users are responsible for all actions taken under their account name and password and shall only use the Site using their own account name and password. Users must keep their password safe and shall not disclose it to any other person and shall not permit any other person to utilize their account details. Users are required to complete those transactions that occur using their account name and password, whether such transactions are authorized or not.2.3. Exclusion of ***************** or Amendment of *************** Without limitation to any other remedies, M@C may exclude any User from any Selling Event and block any registration if the User has breached or threatens to breach these Terms and Conditions or engages in any behavior which M@C in its sole discretion regards as likely to have an adverse effect on the conduct of the Selling Event or the reputation of M@C. Furthermore, M@C reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to exclude products from offers and refuse acceptances, bids or offers, as well as to discontinue Selling Events or its Services altogether at any time or for any reason.2.4. Bidding - By placing a bid in response for Goods in a Selling Event, you are extending an irrevocable offer to purchase the Goods at the price set forth in the bid. Once entered, a bid may not be retracted. ***** must immediately notify M@C if a mistake is made in bidding; however the Buyer may still be held responsible for the bid. The "Winning Bid" in an Auction is the highest bid entered during the auction that is greater than or equal to the opening bid price. There is no Winning Bid for the auction if no bid is entered at or above the opening bid price. There are no tie bids. M@C Discount is a phenomenal company with even better deals! A MUST HAVE if you're in PA or ****. Or if you want to take a great road trip. They give you the ability to inspect those items which you are bidding on at their respective warehouses and offer buyer's assurance which allows you to return items which are defective within 5 business days. So, all around a fair business with stupendous deals!M@C Discount
