Be careful when buying at this site, these are returns/used items sold at ******, *********, *******, other sites. OPEN BOX items are not new, they may not work or have defects. Bought a Levi jean jacket with tags however item has big cut under the elbows. Personel only take pics and posts,they really dont check for functionality, shape or missing parts. OPEN BOX = USED/RETURNED ITEMS THAT TENDS TO HAVE DEFECTS, BROKEN OR NOT WORKM@C Discount

I would not trust this company bad business practices....hours of operation are sketchy customers should have the right to cancel or remove payment methods tons of hidden fees I dont recommend at allM@C Discount

Those terms and conditions can easily be referenced at ***************************************** reject the notion that are hours of operation are :sketchy." In fact, we just updated our business hours for all of our warehouses but one. We now open until 8pm on Tuesdays and Thursdays, with final check in at 745 pm. The only exception is ************. They are still **** Monday through Friday. We do not hide are fees either. The fees are mentioned in our terms and conditions. They can also be found in the "Auction Info" tab on each specific auction page. If a customer ever has any questions or concerns, they are always able to reach out to our customer service department. **************** is available Monday through Friday 10am-6pm. They list items as one thing and then when it's a completely different thing, they hide behind their "open box" rating. Even when you buy the assurance, and the product is something completely different, they'll deny your return. Buyer beware. At this point, I've had to return more things than I kept. When a customer brings in an item for return, it is expected that all of the product is present for the return to proceed. This is common practice for many establishments including ours. We have no issues on doing returns with the BA or a Manager Review (If Warranted), but we would need everything brought back to us before we can issue the refund. Never bid on anything in Turbo auction! I was charged $307 for 20 dolls. I did not bid on 20 dolls. The app was malfunctioning on my phone and even when I met with the manager who showed me how the turbo auction functions. I asked three employees who all stated they did not know how it works. The rude customer service manager stated people money is taken using turbo auction, but they decided no refunds. Terrible customer service, staff extremely rude. Buyers beware no refunds.M@C Discount

The date of this auction was 10/2. There were no reported glitches with the app or website. Our turbo auctions will let you now your bid amount, quantity, and the total that will be spent on the auction. We spoke with the managers at the warehouse this customer went to and none of them remember talking about turbo to anyone. The customer was invoiced for these items, this signals that they did win 20 of them. In auction liquidation everything is sold as-is with no refunds. These are a part of the terms and conditions that the customer agreed to when registering to ***********. We are sorry they feel this way.Review fromBilly S

If it were possible to give a lesser rating I would there is absolutely no warranty on anything no way to even test the electrical items being sold so youre buying damaged goods with no way to test them, and zero warranty.BEWARE!M@C Discount

I've been a customer since May 2022 and have saved countless dollars remodeling my mothers house after she passed. Everything from bathtubs, shower pans, flooring, tile and light fixtures. There may have been a few things that were scratched, dented or maybe even unusable but that's just the risk you take unless you examine the item before bidding. Overall I have had a positive experience and will continue to shop here.I do have one concern though. I signed up for `the Mac Bucks but have yet to receive credit on my purchases. I deal with the Bridgeport, Ohio location more than the others (but have used the Washington PA A&B, Robinson frequently) and I have had great experiences. I understand the concept, the chances you take, etc and if there was ever an issue they made it right. I recommend it to all my friends (and they know that if I have something "NEW" or "NEAT" that it came from M@c!!M@C Discount

This place is hit or miss. I purchased a yonana machine. It is a machiine that makes soft serve from frozen fruit. When I purchased it I knew it was an open box what I didn't know is that it not only had been used before it ended up at mac bid as I'm sure most of the items have but I did not expect to take out the machine and the banana was still in it and had fallen inside the machine. What a mess. Plus it doesn't work at all so this should've been placed under damaged not open box. I want my money back and I want to return this disgusting used machine.M@C Discount

This company advertises as Open Box purchases from **************** etc. I believe this is a complete lie. I purchased 2 Air Fryers and both are completely used with cooked on grease. The handle on one of the ovens is completely broken. I believe this company is purchasing products from regular people and re-selling to the highest bidder. Fair warning, dont do it. If they dont accept these back with a refund, they are going in the trash. $90 bucks down the drain.M@C Discount
