      The site has a no sniping clause so it is fair for everyone bidding. The last time I got on there were four items that I should have won, but when it switched to auction closed the winning price showed in red and had gone up $1.00. I lost all four items by $1.00 that I should have won. Those are only the ones that I watched through to the last minute, I dont know how many times that actually happened. Youve lost a customer.

      The customer is correct, we do have software into place where it prevents snooper bids at the last minute. The customer is also leaving out a key detail in the technological aspect of this. If there is even the slightest break in there Wi-Fi or data connection, it can cause delayed communication with our server. There are two ways we recommend combatting this. First, we always recommend the customer to refresh the auction page within the last two minutes of bidding. This helps keep the information current. Second, we always recommend the customer placing a maximum bid on the item. When a customer places a maximum bid, the system will automatically bid for them until that bid threshold is reached. A customer should always place the maximum amount they wish top spend for an item. We also always stress bid accordingly to the auction fees. Thank you.

      As an auction liquidator, M@C Discount runs auctions on items that were returned to big box retailers for any reason. When customers register to ***********, they are agreeing to our terms and conditions. Those terms and conditions can easily be found at **************************************. Customers can always guarantee a refund by either purchasing a membership with a valid member return, or purchasing the ***************** for an item. Customers are always welcome, and encouraged, to come inspect items before they place their bid. We soundly reject the foul criticism of our business. We are up front about everything that we do as listed in our terms and conditions. With all of this being said, we do wish the customer the best on their future endeavors. Thank you.

      Garbage. It's a shame I even have to give them a one star. I have to drive over 200 miles between pick up The shark robot vacuum and then and return it because it does not work. I spent an hour on the phone with the shark customer service only to be told that it was broken. When they advertised this item they said it powers up but they never checked to see if it will power down/turn off or they would have seen there was a problem. They must have just put it back in the box and let the battery drain.

Those terms and conditions can easily be found at ***************************************** we do make a genuine mistake in the listing, we do try to rectify the situation the best we can within the bounds of company policy. Customers can always guarantee a refund by either purchasing a membership with a valid member return, or purchasing the ***************** for an item. In the cases where a mistake is made on the listing, and a manager agrees there was, a refund would be issued as well. Just like any other establishment, to get a refund on an item, we would need the item in return. That is standard practice across many business formats. We are sorry the customer feels this way, but we do stick by our policy. Thank you.
