      Ive been going to this place since its started and today was a BAD EXPERIENCE that I cant let go of. I worked a 12 hr shift and arrived at 7:47- on the day they close at 8:00 pm, and the employees were so rude! Told Me they wasnt going to argue with me and fussing with other employees about letting us in after 7:45pm! They told me to go talk to another lady (just to pick up 2 items) and by the time she got to me, I could have gotten my 2 items and been gone, but they wanted to complain and fuss about someone coming 2 min late! Id hate for the business I work for to treat their customers like that! They were just so rude! It took them longer to put my 2 items on hold than it would for me to just grab them off of the shelf and leave! Thats not good business! Very disappointed! Tomorrow was the last day I could pick up and I work 12 hrs and they will be closed before then!

      All of our warehouses are technically open until 8pm, but final check in on the late days has always been 745 pm. We have it posted in our app that all customers do need to be checked in 15 minutes prior to close. We also sent out a mass email telling all of our customers this when the time change came about. We do implement this evenly across the board.If the item/s are not a previous hold or transfer, a hold can be purchased for those items. The customer could elect to purchase our Premium Membership as well for a free holds.Customers are also able to send someone in their place to claim their winnings. If a customer ever has any questions or concerns, they are always able to reach out to our customer service department. **************** is available Monday through Friday 10am-6pm EST. Thank you.

      Personally I love shopping with Mac Bid! I have found a lot of unique items and won them at such great deals. Their terms and conditions are clearly spelled out for anyone to see. The customer service is great and they are always so helpful!

      Scammed me or 4 dollars lol, I did a transfer and when it arrived I went to pick it up, the lot number hadnt changed so they told me to come back when it changed..it never changed..went back a few days later to pick up other items that arrived later..Lot number still hadnt changed, woman told me to email ******** facility because they always mess up transfers..emailed them right in front of her, ******** responded and said it was at the location I was at. Lot number still didnt change, then got another email from ******** saying she spoke to the manager and it was there, by this time the date was past due to pick up by 1 day. I told her to be fair the date should be changed because I went twice to pick it up and it was available for me to get it, she said the manager wasnt able to hold it any longer..I live 45 minutes away..Wasnt my fault..I cant go behind the line to look for my own stuff..Somebody was being lazy and they think they can keep my money for their mistake.

      After review of the situation, we are not 100% sure on what the customer is referring to. The item in question has been in the same location since it arrived on 05/22 in ***********. The manager is not familiar with the email situation either. For all intents and purposes, the item was available for pickup. Thank you.

      Even with all the bad reviews, I took a chance on an auction for a shark vacuum. I won and picked up, it doesnt turn on, its missing the power head and attachments. It was listed as open box powers on. Across the site, some locations will actually tell you whats included and whats missing. My locality Butler are either lazy or just deceptive. If you want to be non deceptive list whats missing, take pictures of whats included. Be upfront and clear on what youre putting up for auction. My impression of this company is not good, big scam.. steer clear at all costs.

      Twice now I've received very very used items. Most recently was a shark hand held vscum. The picture showed multiple attachments. There were zero attachments in the box. The vacum was very well used , full of cat hair, wreaked of cat ****, and was not operable. Another purchase was a book shelf. It was missing many parts. Lastly was the kobalt chainsaw. This chainsaw looked like it was taken out of someone's garage. It was full of dirt, saw dust , and did not operate at all. Precede with caution with this place. Dear Mac.bid. Do not send me your canned response. The way I see it . You owe me well over a $100. Signed your ex-customer.

      Mac feds in Washington is amazing! I had 30 items to pick up and up in the front at the front desk April helped me find all my items in a timely manner. She went above and beyond to help me as I was in a hurry that day Being in the restaurant business this organization has helped me save thousands of dollars I will always be a customer thank you for your time and everything you do!

      Won a bid on a vacuum cleaner. Picked up day after and I noticed immediately that it was not a good thing. When I was able to see it better, it was pure garbage. Very dirty with a full bag inside. It was very old and severely damaged. I just threw it in the garbage. It was my understanding that this was warranty or not needed items. This thing was neither.

      First of all, the hours are very limited for pick up of merchandise and if you fail to make it during these designated times and 2-3 days, you lose your merchandise and all your money. Secondly, no one ever answers the customer service phone calls. You must ALWAYS leave a message and wait for a response, which may come much later than you expected. Today my horrific experience was in Robinson location. An employee dropped two extremely large pallets off behind my truck for another customer parked beside me. When I got out of the warehouse with my merchandise, I naively asked the customers that were working to unload all of their merchandise into their pickup truck, and I asked why they had blocked me in? They said that Mac.Bid had brought out both pallets and just dumped one behind my truck, effectively blocking me in, and the other behind their truck. When I went back into the warehouse in Robinson to ask how I could get this pallet moved from blocking me in, the representative, ****, gave me attitude. Then he asked me where I was parked and when I said, Sir, you will need help, you won’t be able to lift this pallet alone.” His response was, “I thought you asked me to move the pallet?” So I showed him where the pallet was in relation to where my truck was parked. He just turned and walked back inside. I walked back to my truck and waited while the other customers were still attempting to unload the first pallet. These pallets where huge. Stacked over six feet. That’s why I told **** that he would need help in moving it. After a while **** came out of the warehouse with an electric mover. The other customers questioned him as to why they had dropped both pallets so carelessly behind both trucks? To which he had no answer. Customers be warned. You get what you pay for.

Item Removal - The User is required to pick-up all items purchased by the removal time set forth in the specific auction. All removal shall be at the expense, liability and risk of the User. If the User does not pick-up an item within the removal period for the specific auction, MAC may, at their sole discretion, deem the item to have been Abandoned by the User and the User will have no further rights with respect to the item. If items are not removed by the removal deadline, User is liable for all removal and disposal costs associated with disposing of the assets that were not removed.According to our records, the last hone call we received from this customer was in April and there has never been any email correspondence with this customer. This is via the phone number and email we have on file.In regards to the incident at ********, according to the warehouse, it was a lot simpler than this. A skid was in the way of the customer backing in their trailer. The customer walked in and asked for it to be removed. The workers went and got a skid **** and moved it out of the way. The worker did have other things to do because it was during our rush time. According to the warehouse, the exchange was relatively ***** and mild. Thank you.
