    I have recvd a inquiry on my credit report from flagship - which I never gave information to, to do a hard credit check on me etc! I'm disappointed and upset that I was told that nothing would effect my credit score or report when I went through lending tree for a refinance for a car loan pre qualify no credit check pre approval offer! Now my score decreased 11 points and I’m furious! Never used them or gave them my social etc!

    It has come to my attention that I have been paying your corporation in error. I applied for credit with ****************** on 8/25/2021 for the 2018 ** ****. I sent a in a contract validation letter, and I received a counteroffer from your office. Not sure what that means because I didn't do a money loan with your company. I have been giving Flagship Acceptance payments online. I have not received any invoices or statements via mail as I asked several times. I recently called your customer service dept and I asked the representative for a statement, and he sent me a breakdown of my payments because I haven't received any information that reflects that I owe you. I noticed the car contract I signed, doesn’t have Flagship Acceptance included a party, I believe you have no rights to the contract. I didn't get a signature back received from the dealer or the bank signature in return. I believe there is a billing error and negligent misrepresentation of this contract to this account. This account needs to be zero balanced due to the regulations that you didn't meet with the general disclosures that you are required to meet as a financial institution as per the Truth in Lending Act I have a question why am I paying you toward a loan that I didn't ask for or agree to with your company? As the consumer I wasn't provided any documents conspicuously that explained that I was applying for a loan when thought that I was entering a credit transaction. It seems as if the dealer got paid full price matter of fact double because the finance charge was half of what you sent the check to them for and my $6000.00 down payment. This contract is null and void because it is deceptive and was created fraudulently. Please investigate this matter. I believe I should be compensated for punitive damages that I have experienced, I would like this transaction to be zero balance and the MSO title lien free. Please respond in 14 days before I take future action

    I am rejecting this response because: Lets be clear I'm coming to you in good faith .The paperwork that was provided from Flagship doesn't show any binding connection on the contract provided. This is a bonafide billing error Please provide documentary evidence such as an account ledger that provides that I owe your financial institution not the Flagship excel log provided. The contract provided doesn't show Flagship credit acceptance as the seller/ creditor. Your company has also reported on my credit report of the my account being delinquent for 30 days. Please advise.

    Late July I set up a payment arrangement for a past due balance to be automatically taken out my account on August 12 however the same day I didn’t know that I was trading in my car and because of that the dealership paid off my pay off in the amount of 18k and something dollars however because flagship credit acceptance computers wasn’t updated that day the pay off balance was part of the past due balance that was paid the same day so I was due a refund I immediately called flagship credit the next week on August 22 and they told me they just received it and I’m due a refund of $645 and to please expect the check in the mail within 10-21 days now today I called them again to make sure they now telling me that you must wait 21-30 business days and it’s possible they could send the check in 21-30 business days. Flagship credit acceptance gave me two different answers and holding back in sending my check that’s due

    I purchased a 2015 ****** ******* from *********************** ****** brand new in 2015. The lien holder i was provided was Flagship Credit Acceptance in which I have account #*********** to pay them 400.00 a month . I started making payment in 03/2015 and finished my last payment in 03/2022. I was told I would receive my released car titile about 30 days after my payment was completed. I never received my title so I started calling Flagship around May at least one a week trying to get answers to where my title was. They kept giving me excuses and telling me to allow more time. I finally got someone to listen to my complaints and start real research. A representative name ***** contacted me and advised there is a lien on the title for a company named Tide Water finance and they do not know how it got there. She advised she reached out to *********************** ****** who is now known as ****** ****** for help. They advised they no longer have any records of the transaction and cant help. Then Ebony (Flagship) called me in August and advised me her management team advise since they cant get help from ****** ****** there is nothing they can do to help me get my title. This is unacceptable, I am not a lawyer and I do not know who or why ********* is on my title. I have never heard of them or from them. They have never reached out to me and I have never paid them. Every time I was late on a payment, I was harassed and called by Flagship, I was even threatened they would pick up my car. I paid so many late fees to them, they messed up my credit recently by reporting me delinquent and charged off; while I was paying them off in lump sums. Now that the car is paid off; they suddenly do not own it and are refusing to help get my title. I told Ebony of Flagship this is not acceptable and they need to get me my title within the next 30 days or I will be forced to seek some sort of legal action against them. This seems very suspicious and fraudulent. How many other people have this been done too.

    My bill was due on the 9th of August. I made a full payment plus the processing fee of $602.21. When I went online to make the payment, I was given a declined notice. I checked my bank account and the money was taken out and dispersed to Flagship Credit. I have called and talked to several different customer service reps and they all keep telling me to provide proof that the payment did in fact come out of my checking account. I even spoke to one employee named *************************** and she told me to email my proof of payment directly to her work email, which I did. Still no response. I spoke with someone on August 18, and she kept trying to get me to run my debit card again after me continuously telling her that I don't have the money because Yhe money was actually taken out of my account and deposited into their account. Now I have late fees and no one will help me. When I ask to speak with a manager or a supervisor, I’m told no one is available. I don't know what else to do at this point. I just need someone to help me show them that I actually did make my payment only one day past my due date.

    On 6/17/2016 my 2014 *********** was totaled in a car accident. Insurance paid the vehicle off. In 2021 I looked at my credit and saw a charge. I spoke with representatives from Flagship that were rude, unwilling to explain what the charge was for. I requesting something in writing explaining the charge I received via email a screenshot of a computer. Then I received a letter via email dated 2/2021 with just a balance, no break down of how this amount came about. I was told that the vehicle was paid off from insurance. I called asking to have this removed from my credit report. On 8/15 I called and requesting a pay off amount. I was placed on hold for a very long time and Heather S****** returned to the call to tell me that the pay off amount is not available. She informed me that she had her supervisor check and it is not available. How could I have an amount due when this company does not have record of what is due. This is a business, normally correspondence is mailed out, a screen shot is unacceptable. I requesting correspondence it is not available to show were this amount is coming. As a consumer what do you do? They have this listed as a charge off on my credit that is showing late payments every month that did not start until 2020 four years after the car was totaled. Is this a computer error? Please help me get this removed from my credit report immediately. I have been told to get an attorney, they are not removing anything, no matter how many times I call they will not do anything to resolve.

    I have paid off my car loan as of *****th 2021. I was instructed to wait 60 days for my title. I was informed my title would be mailed.I paid total of $15,000 plus taxes on loan.I waited 90 days. I never got my title.I went to the *** in the state I reside in which is ********* to see WHY I never received my title.It was then that I was informed because everything was registered under ******* the titles are done electronically. I was then informed I needed a "Release of Lien" The *** employee contacted Flagship on my behalf.I received "Release of Lien" in the mail dated 08-23-2021. It IS dated, signed, then notarized by "Flagship Credit Acceptance Title Administrator".For over a week I tried contact Flagship customer service but can't get ahold of a person to ask few questions. On 08-12-2022 I FINALLY had found the time & had finances to pay fees to obtain a "replacement title " for the original title I NEVER received.I went to ********* *** with the appropriate ******************** of Lien. I was informed via the Active Vehicle Record ********* & that this company had "closed "but their name is lienholder I was informed I was to contact "Flagship Credit Acceptance" to get a notice advising that they associated with *********. I even called CSC. CSC did inform me their company DOES work Flagship Credit Acceptance loans. They couldn't find me with my social either. I was told call Flagship.I called Flagship AGAIN now making this my 8th attempt to reach a HUMAN. I got same results. The automated system does not ALLOW me to reach a live person. The account number I was provided with or my social WON'T locate me. I then called *********** *************** registration and even THEY had the SAME issue finding me.It was state of TN that advised I contact the Better Business Beurua.

    Applied for credit through this company. Got a letter of denial however the denial reasons and credit info was displayed outwardly through the front of the envelope. I believe this may have been a folding mistake however my credit information is not open to the public. This letter was not opened and all of this information is on full display. This letter was also delivered to my neighbor and handed to me by hand. This is not acceptable
