    I am having the worst experience with this company after I’ve refinanced somewhere else. Flagship took an extra car payment from me after receiving full check for vehicle and was paid off.
    My car was refinanced with a different bank and Flagship Credit acceptance received pay off check on 08/02/2023. Its already been 2 months and they haven’t returned my over payment refund
    My credit report still shows that i have my account open and still shows i owe the vehicle.
    Ive been calling every week and every time, they say that there’s is no update.
    This is frustrating and inconvenient for my wife and myself. I even spoke to the senior accountant and she didn’t even have an update.

    This company is TERRIBLE. The communication is horrific, representatives are rude and they don’t let you speak to supervisors. They do not abide by the federal SCRA lending laws and treat service members horribly. I would absolutely never again finance through them! They should be investigated in every manner and shut down. These reviews speak for themselves. I wish I would have gone with another option.

    I would never recommend them , they are thiefs and you have to fight to get your money they owe you for a refund after paying your car off , and everytime you call they always have different reasons or different answers , very bad experience with them. And im still waiting months later for My refund

    My car was total loss and March 2023. They never stopped charging me for my monthly fee even though my car was total loss. Gap paid it off and I have proof they did. I also have proof that I don’t owe them no money, but they keep accumulating fees and saying I owe them money. When I called and asked them, they told me I still had to pay them the money to this day. They are still trying to charge me six something a month for a car I do not even have.

    I was in a bad accident that totaled the car and they were paid in full by insurance. For some reason they decided to write it off as a closed account and reported it to the credit bureau. I can’t ever get ahold of anyone because I no longer have an account. I have to go the physical therapy three times a week and this is preventing me to do so with this negative credit remark that they’ve been paid in full for. After this review I’ll be contacting my attorney. I know a lot about consumer laws and what they are doing is ILLEGAL! I left a google review 3 months ago and was told to reach out via email I did and still no response. This is effecting me getting a new vehicle !

    We had called to have them send us some documents of a vehicle we have talk to a woman the first time. We had told her what we needed. She told us it will take 7 to 14 business days. Been 3 weeks never received them . We called back we talk to a gentleman told him what we needed. Told me it will take 5 to 10 business days. Never received them it was really important that we need them. Why is it so hard to send out some paperwork. Do your job

    In the beginning it was great.
    I asked could I split the payments every two weeks and they did.
    But I got sick, ended up being out of work and having hospital bills and asked for help.
    They did one time and after that it's been downhill.
    I tried to make a payment online but, it's designed to take a full payment so, you have to call in and be charged for the phone fee. My job started to cut hours and I wasn't getting the normal paycheck, I told them and they say you can pay what you have and we'll work with you. A month later they repo the car and told me I had to pay a full $2,800 to get it back. What's also crazy is I got a letter in the mail right after saying they had a cyber attack on their website. I had to get two loans to pay them and now I'm in debt again because of this. After everything comes out my check, I barely have $100 left and I try to pay that to them but, the website blocks it saying it needs the full amount.
    I've been with them since April 2021 and told people how great these company is and now I'm behind on payments and being harassed everyday calling me 4 to 5 times while I'm at work.
    Their calling my mom and my brother, you should be able to pay something that shows you're trying but, they act like I have thousands just laying around.
    I'm penny pinching at this point, I can't borrow any money and they won't work with me.
    It's frustrating, I have other bills to pay and they work with me but, Flagship won't.

    It has been 90 days since I payed off my car loan with Flagship. I still have not received my warranty rebate check. For 87 days the reps have told me its within 90 days. At day 82 one of their reps confirmed to me it will be 90 days from the date they received their check form the warranty company on this Friday 9/29/23. I called today to get confirmation that the check was mailed and no one can confirm or deny any receipt of the check they received 90 days ago by the Warranty Company and no one has any information at all about this. Nothing but an empty apology and more promises to file a complaint. Complaints have already been filed. No one has contacted me. When I call, my account number (including the new digits advised to add) is not in their records and neither is my social security number. How can they contact me, if they deleted all my info when the loan was paid off. I am now going to call a lawyer and sew them for this WITH INTEREST.

    Paid off my car June 2023. It’s the end of September 2023 and they are not reporting to the credit companies.

    Horrible customer service. I paid off my car and they lost my check 3 times ( which were overnighted and signed for) and finally got the last check and yet has reported it to credit companies. You can never speak to a supervisor. They don’t reply back to emails WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THEM
