    Flagship has been wonderful to me and my husband. When he was diagnosed with cancer and the copays started getting out of control, I called them and they were fabulous.. my husband has since passed which of course not only devastated me emotionally but I took a financial hit as well. They worked at lowering my monthly payment and my interest rate.. they have been terrific through this whole ordeal!!

    Paid off my vehicle loan and STILL hasn't received my title. Call their one (1) and only customer number and doesn't get an answer on the other end. Ever!!!

    Absolutely the worse. You pay on time and your balance never decreases. Is this company even legal. So sad an disheartening that they are taking full advantage of credit challenged people.

    EVER agent had a different answer.Nobody is on the same page They are trying to say I owe money I already paid in 2022.They are saying I owe 17 late fees from 2020.They are completely inaccurate in their billing.I feel like they they are never on the same page.My first financing company gave me non-issues! So I don't understand why this company's system is so flawed. THEY HARASS YOU.They called my sons cell that I never gave them.Never gave them permission to call.They called him over and over throughput the day.He is 12.They called at 9:32 at night.I have phone records. They've called me at 8am on a Saturday. I told them to stop and they continue.Its illegal and unethical. Stay away from this company.If I'd known sooner I would have just bought from a private owner out right.Not worth the issues that come along with this company.Im not the only one that feels this way!

    Took a payment out of my account after account was paid out. Problem I’d like my money Bach with interest. I have tried reach someone account closed can’t reach a human.

    If I could give them 0 stars I would. I had covid and missed time from work. I called on 9/1/23 to request a deferred payment and was told that I couldn't request until 3 days before my payment was due. That was a holiday, so I'd have to call the day my payment was due. I asked about my auto pay since it was scheduled to come out before. I was told the autopay was cancelled. Fast forward to the day I was supposed to call and request the deferred payment, I check my account and my payment had come out. My bank account is now in the negative and I'm being charged bank fees. All they can say is "I'm sorry there's nothing we can do"
    I will be refinancing, and can't even get a pay off quote from them. It can take days. You can't see statements on their portal, which sounds really shady to me.
    Their attitude of "We'll, should have just not gotten sick..." is ridiculous! Worse company ever! Please don't use them!

    Absolutely pathetic processes. Took over 60 days for them to payoff my loan when my car was totaled, they even forwarded the payoff check to the salvage yard. Avoid this lender if possible.

    I am disgusted my car was totaled and my insurance made a payment August 23rd which I went proof was already cashed as of the 24th and still this has not been posted to my account. This is causing an extreme hardship as gap can not payoff the rest until they show payment history updated with the insurance payment this means me a single mom of 3 is unable to get a new vehicle because of the open Auto loan still showing

    I've had zero issues with flaship. Their customer service has always been very helpful. Not really understanding the bad reviews. Been a great company to deal with.
