    They do not have gopog book keeping. I 've logged into my account twice and each time it states that I owe more that what I'm required to pay monthly. No monthly payment has been missed.
    No reason was given as to why i'm beign charged double each month according to their computerized record keeping. This is the second time I've had to contact them about my account,
    I had the same issue with my title, I kept getting text messages and calls stating that there was an issue with the title, when I was finally able to speak to someone I was simply told "you can ignore that, it's a glitch in our system everyone is getting the message".

Although we cannot comment publicly about your situation for privacy concerns, we can state generally that like most auto finance companies, our customers have simple interest loans that accrue interest daily, and the key to paying down this type of loan is by making the full installment payment on or before the due date each month. As the outstanding principal balance reduces, the portions of the payments that are applied to interest will decrease, leaving more to be applied to principal. While we can’t state for certain if this is the circumstance you described, we note that payment patterns diverging from this expectation will result in more interest and late fees over the life of the loan.     After paying off my car 2 months ago they have still not released me as a lien holder causing me a horrible situation with selling my vehicle also have never sent me my title numerous phone calls and get the runaround I'm taking legal action against this company for what they have put me through and the buyer of my vehicle once I paid off my lien. I'm not showing me paid off has caused me a problem with my credit bureau it is time for people with big companies that treat their customers with disrespectful and have no regard for you other than taking your money ends with me I will reach out to whoever I need to and continue till I see this to the very bitter end they do not deserve to have any good rating after how they've treated me and others

    This company scams you. $1295 in random additional fees placed on my account twice with no explanation no itemized details on my account online or given in written statement then they come repo you for these unknown/unexplained fees & you have no idea where the random money owed is from & if you want your vehicle only thing you can do is pay it & suck it up! I’ve done it twice now & I refuse to do it again with no statement or valid explanation. This company is literally trash.

    On November 16, Flagship had my vehicle repossessed but they do not have a lien on the vehicle, and even with all of the documents I have sent showing that they do not have a lien they are refusing to release my car back to me. The lien is in my name. I have emailed all the information to the reinstatement team, the consumer advocacy team, and the CEO Robert Hurzeler. I have been given the run-a-round and have even been hung up on and yet no one has responded. And when I finally get someone for the call for an update on the release I am told, "They are reviewing the account and will contact you." It has been over 24 hours and they do not want to give me my car back. Even though I stated, "We can deal with the legal aspect or negotiation at a later date. I just want my car released back to me." I do not see why this is so hard, I was up for negotiation to come to a common understanding and I was rejected. I hope we can get this issue resolved immediately as I have given every effort.

    I would like to file a complaint against FLAGSHIP acceptance credit these people constantly harasses me and threatens me 6am in the morning they constantly harasses me if not me they harasses my mom And that is unacceptable to call somebody constantly at 6am in the morning then threatens you after we paid them constantly we failed behind because we both had Covid for almost a month and had to be Quarantine for almost a month i mean its ridiculous that this company is still around and the car that we have is not the car that we purchased at all when they told us that we didn't have to pay a down payment and the dealer name is Twinn City in Gadsden Alabama and i feel like we should not have to pay for something that they lied to us about and we have a witness stating that the lady nestle told us we didn't owe a down payment twinn city had been lying to us constantly but FLAGSHIP credit is the worst company we ever dealt with i mean constantly at 6am in the morning then we told them how we have been paying them but they always say they never receive any payment at all something has to be done about this company they need to be shut down completely because its a disgrace i mean cone on everyone ain't rich and don't have it like others have it and then they have such nasty attitudes behind those desks and its horrible i would not recommend FLAGSHIP credit acceptance nor Twinn City in Alabama Because even the owner at Twinn City was racists and very rude to my mom and that is unacceptable they know they did us wrong when they sold us the wrong vehicle then have to pay for they mistakes something has to be done about these companies

    Constant robo calls before 10 day grace period. Customers know when they haven't made a payment. The frequent call reminders and robocalling every hour doesn't help either.

    I refinanced my Jeep Cherokee Through my bank back in July.
    Of course, the bank took over the loan in paid off Flagship. The following month Flagship still drafted my account for the monthly payment on August 3rd. Today, October 30th I'm still waiting to be reimbursed for the payment they should have NEVER taken.
    Every time I call they have no updates. Even when I called to change my address their was no update of that either. Flagship continues to put blame on the their accounting department that they said I cannot speak with about when I can look forward to getting the refund. I have Spoken with managers such as Naomi, she was not helpful. Apparently, I can't speak to anybody any higher.
    And I don't know what to do. I'm getting note results. Always told callback Thursday or Friday. For an update that never comes. I just want Help to get my money back!!!!

    Horrible service I paid off my truck 4 months ago and they still took out payments and now I’m going month 5 and still haven’t received my money back. They are great with taking your money in a day but 5 months has gone by and I’m still waiting for my money to be returned to me. Never do auto pay with this company

    This business is scam, I had an account with them for over two year never missed a payment and left after renegotiating my terms with a separate company. Before transitioning my account I attempted to opt out of the auto payment system but the system wouldn’t allow it as it no longer recognized my account as being active. You would think the system no longer recognizing my account would stop the auto payment but unfortunately for me it didn’t. I reached out to the representative requesting a refund and was informed I would receive a check within 30 day. After 30 days I reached back out and was informed that the check was still being processed and would take up to 20 more days to be sent. It is well passed the 50 days and I haven’t received my check and I can’t get in touch with a representative by chat nor phone as this isn’t an option for people without an active account. This company is scam, I would highly recommend against them and definitely wouldn’t recommend utilizing the automatic payment system.
