    My auto loan was pay off on July 10 then on August 6 they took another payment after it was pay off they said it was my fault for not turning auto pay off so I called my credit union and they said if they close my account out auto pay woulda been turned off. They said flagship known for doin this. So know they’re refusing to return my money. This is a very crooked company
    Told them I want my money back with interest it’s been goin on for 3 weeks now and they won’t take my calls or answer my emails. My credit union trying to help me cause it put my account in the hole
    I will never do business with them again it just a very dishonest company and I wonder how many other people they do this to they oughta be investigated for fraud and stealing people money

    If i could give them a zero i would. You make your payment on time and they still call you and wont make any correct, that is a problem. This is going on 4 months and call like clockwork check system and see the payment. Then they comment oh we are sorry and next month the same thing. I dont want to waste any more effort with these people.im at the point a lawyer would be my next step.

    I had a total loss and a canceled warrenty check was sent to them and not to me directly. So, my account is closed with them as they have been paid in full, even though I am owed $1300 and at first a rep told me that I would receive this amount by the end of July from that canceled warrenty. The date came and went and when I called to speak to a manager, she told me to call back another time to speak with someone in their total loss department but then could not say when a good time to call would be, I stayed on hold waiting for 2 HOURS. They also refuse to transfer you to an accounting department. Today a rep told me to contact the GAP insurance company bc they hadn't received the check. However, FOR WEEKS they've said they received it 6/1/23, gave the amount to expect and that a 3rd party would be processing this and could take 60 to 90 business days. It has been THE worst experience in my life with a lender and cannot believe they operate in this fashion. Not really sure what to do at this point....

    Flagship refused to update my account after they cashed my payoff check and continued to send me delinquent notices. Customer service refuses to explain why my account hasn't been updated. They initially denied receiving payment until I sent them a copy of the draft. Now they say they're "investigating" my payment. Meanwhile, this has adversely impacted my credit. This is fraud. This company has poor customer service and no integrity. Avoid using their services.

    Flagship Credit Acceptance is garbage bank that takes care of auto loans. This company has fail big time. I have make my payments for ver 3 years and suddenly now that I ask why is my pay off still $24k and where all the money I have pay is going they don’t want to share the information. My own account and they don’t want to provide me with any information where the money is going. I request a settlement for the car because I don’t want it to be repo and mess up my credit but and they are taking weeks to sing a stupid paper. I contacted them and supposedly the paperwork has to pass by 20 hands before gets approved. I lost my first offer of $16k for the car and now is lower the value. This people really suck and they have bad bad costumer service I bet the owner is that bad as well. If you get an auto loan and you have Flagship Credit Acceptance has you lender be ready to have big problems with them. They will not give a damn about helping you out instead they will bring you to the ground no matter what. I really believe that banks like this should be permanently close for ever. Too bad I had to mark one start cuz they don’t even deserve one start.

    Refinanced my car a few years ago and everything was fine. I had my payments set up on autopay so I never really needed to be in contact with anyone after the initial account set-up. Last month I paid off my loan and considered everything done. This month a payment was taken out of my account so I called and was told that it was my fault because I didn't "turn off" the autopay on my account. No one told me when I paid off the loan that I was supposed to "turn off" the autopay. Anyway, the person I spoke to said I had to email a copy of my bank statement showing where the charge was taken from my account. I sent the email and then received a reply saying they don't handle account information through email and that I needed to call the 1-800 number. The same exact number I called already. So, I called and this time I was told that it would be 21-30 days and that I would receive a check in the mail. Needless to say their customer service is outsourced and the company they use obviously doesn't train the employees on the processes that Flagship uses. Now I am out that money until they send me a check. Of course, who knows if that is even going to actually happen.

    I will never finance again flagship they told me after I've had my loan for a month and paid my first payment I could do a skip a pay so I did and now they're telling me I can't and they told me it was okay to do so they said it was due August 4th then they changed their account numbers for everybody and now I have to pay this month in July and I don't have the money because I used it to go to town for a funeral I got screwed

    I have no idea why these ratings are so bad!
    Bcuz flagship has been good to me...lol from pausing to extensions, to accepting half payments every 2 weeks. They have literally worked with me and also schooled me on how to get back on track!! So I have nothing negative to say about them; I simply thank God for Flagship..GregW..Milwaukee WI
