6/8/23 I called flagship and told them I wanted to voluntarily give back my car. I offered them a payment of $9000 for a car the Bluebooks at $8500. It’s 51% of the loan. They said they would take $16000. That’s absolutely insane. They said that I have to sign more paperwork to do this process. Well signing another paper to voluntarily give back possession doesn’t seem voluntary. It seems they just wanna screw the customer over. I hope they get what’s coming to them. Customer service is the worst ever.

Flagship is very unprofessional and I have been dealing with a refund matter from payoff and it’s been over the 90 days. Found out they sent my check to the wrong account and it’s been a mess getting an answer.

Worst company ever! They repossessed my vehicle after a total loss that was completely not my fault! Then after months and month and getting paid in full still refused to remove the repo. I owed less then a payment as was not behind when they repoed my car. Worst part is they said they didn’t know I had full coverage with gap! Which was a lie, I called them day after the accident and started in contact with everyone except my insurance company! Do not give this business any money or time!

For over two years my loan has been paid off and I can't receive my title because a company they bought the loan from (thier company in 2016, Car Finance Capital) will not send a "paid in full letter" on their letter head so the SOS can issue my title for a fee. This company is the worst ever. It shouldn't take over three years to obtain a title after pay off!!

I have been attempting to complete a settlement. The last payment was suppose to be on March 3 and I called to pay the last payment on March 2nd. l was told by 3 different people that my account was closed. I called back on March 3 and a female staff told me again the account was close. The remote staff are the most rudest in the World. ON March 2nd I literally cried to the worker to accept the payment and he wouldn't. He then hung up in my face. One week later Mr Charles rude self started leaving message to return his call. By now I'm thinking we are getting somewhere, NOT. He or his manager couldn't send a simple settlement form to be sign and on yesterday he started hallowing at me. Saying we can't keep sending yall emails but the entire 5 years that we were paying notes, they didn't have a problem email us. I would not advice a Dog to deal with this company. If you ever had to apply for public assistance this process was much worse. Everyone has a strong arm mentality. I was told by Ms. S******** that they don't response to emails, they just go in your file. I was told by staff on March 2nd, our titles would come via email, Ms. S******** told me this was a lie too. She was like This company couldn't send us an email for a month but soon as I sent them an email this morning Ms. S******** called back.

When we first became customers of flagship I was skeptical, but warmed up to the company. My husband and I were able to refinance a rig at a lower price and put my name on the rig along with him, but a big issue has come up. In the paper work process to get approved we were asked to register our vehicle in a state it was not titled in which I was first told by the dmv was not doable I was told by flagship I should be able to do a temporary one year registration that would allow them to get the title and then it would be switched to the state we registered it in. Long story short dmv did the temp 1 yr registration and let us know the title need to be switched to our state before the year was up. I relayed the info and was told no problem. So you can imagine my surprise when I received a letter from our dmv letting us know that this had not been done and if not done in the next 2 months we would not be able to register the rig or drive it. Upon getting the letter I contacted this company and was told this would have to go through a process before it would happen if it does happen. It’s been 3 weeks and we still have not heard from them that’s it’s taken care of!! So make sure you get it in writing just in case!!

My car was totaled out in January 10 my gap insurance covered the remaining payoff balance that was given to the insurance company in January. Since then flagship has continued to charge me monthly payments they refuse to close the account even though they have been paid off. I’m not going to keep paying monthly payments when the car has been paid off!! Loan department manager Gwen was very rude and was basically like ima have to keep paying them regardless of the 23000 they’ve already gotten from insurance companies. Stay away from this company! They don’t go by the gap insurance rules and they will keep charging you despite what’s on paper. Not to mention they changed the payoff every ten days while waiting on checks and then they want me to cover those charges. Gap covered charges and I’m still being charged like I just wanna be done with them. According to my credit report the car has been repossessed like how when it was totaled out and y’all got paid for it!! Worse company ever

I have been paying on a refi for almost 5 years and I still owe $11,000 grand on a $15,000 car. The hidden interest is ridiculous. I will NEVER Finance Flag Ship again.
