If I could give no stars I would. Ive paid over 18k in payments and my balance has only decreased 2k. They also have not applied 4 payments to principle all interest. You have to beg for a summary to even see where the money is allocated to. I am also having to receptively ask them why they havent reported my on time or before payments to all the credit bureaus. Although we cannot comment on your situation publicly for privacy reasons, we can state that like with most auto finance companies, our customers have simple interest loans that accrue interest on a daily basis, and the key to paying down this type of loan is by making the full installment payment on or before the due date each month. As the outstanding principal balance reduces, the portions of the payments that are applied to interest will decrease, leaving more to be applied to principal. Business has sent credit history on wrong account numbe. Address an d phone numbers are inconsistent with original contract. I have copies of all documents and copies of certified check receipts payments are made through bank, unsure why companies arent deposit in bank Wrong phone number and address of company. I can verify address and account number. Fraudulent phone number on website. My car payment is made on time each month. **** can verify payment mail receipts for tracking is available. Flagship is a scam. I told them to come get the car. They wait 4 months so they could charge me for those months and the never sent me proof of the sell of the car and the finally amount that I would owe. I've asked many times and still nothing. But they put it on my credit fast.but never was told how or what to pay after the Voluntary surrender. And all this went down in Dec of 2022 they were told to come get the car but they waited til end of March of 2023Flagship Credit Acceptance LLC

This company is very crooked. They took advantage of my girlfriend (before we started dating) with charging her 27% interest on a auto loan. Absolutely absurd for a single mother. She is so upside down in her car loan now and it makes me furious. I do not recommend this crooked company to anyone as they will take advantage of the weak.Flagship Credit Acceptance LLC

All terms and conditions are clearly disclosed and agreed to at the outset of the loan, including any fees, the interest rate and monthly payment. Like with most auto finance companies, our customers have simple interest loans that accrue interest on a daily basis, and the key to paying down this type of loan is by making the full installment payment on or before the due date each month. As the outstanding principal balance reduces, the portions of the payments that are applied to interest will decrease, leaving more to be applied to principal. When our customers are unable to establish such a payment pattern, our customer service team is trained to work with customers and offer solutions to help keep their accounts current. In limited instances, we are able to provide existing customers with a refinance opportunity, though customers can always seek to refinance their accounts with third parties. I paid my car off in May 2024 its now September 2024 and they still havent released the lien. So I called today and spoke to someone and after explaining whats going on he went to talk to a manager then came back and said yes we need to mail you a release. And I asked if he could email it to me. He said hold on and then hung up on me knowing they close at 5pm. I would never finance a car from them again.Flagship Credit Acceptance LLC

I would advise anyone approved for a car loan through Flagship Credit Acceptance not to take the loan; they are the absolute worst. Their interest rates are outrageous, regardless of credit. We faced some financial difficulties and fell behind by two months on our payments but did continually make payment arrangements. Flagship Credit called us relentlessly, several times a day, and at times even after 9:00 p.m. and before 8:00 a.m. They reported to the credit bureau that we were six months behind, which was blatantly incorrect. We paid our loan in full on July 31st, and it still hasn't been removed, nor has the account been closed or reported as paid off to the credit bureaus as of today, August 31st.
