    I paid on time payments with this company and for 6mons they didnt report to my credit report I received No points on my credit reports ?? I called and and asked why havent they updated my credit reports for on time payments they reply we will update your on time payments but I still didnt get the points or creditBut soon as i got behind on my payments they reported bad not once but twice on my credit report this was mess up what happened to my credit for the 6mons of on time payments I made ?? looks like they only reported the bad.

    My name is ******* c I been with them for 3 years my payment was 769 a month I got from dealership and dealership got my finance through them and I been paying over three years and only went down from ****** to ****** for a ****************************************************************************************************************** bad then said they are coming to repo and had the never to tell me I have to answer questions about my vehicle they are coming to get like what conditions it's in ****** really who does that so I told them I wasn't answering questions cause they coming to get it and ask them if it's in bad condition does that mean they drop it down to blue book of ****** and 400 month they said no they know that they was s******* me so good luck getting ***** for it fron someone else .. so this being said if yall are getting a new vehicle are used from a dealer and they tell u that ur approved and it says flagship credit please run seriously no matter how much u need one are like it run out there are others please run away don't be screwed like me...

    Ive been fighting with this car note for years until I had to use all of my deferments!! My maturity date was in may 24! Now Im paying my fees and all out !! One of their reps said she could try and get me on a 5 months paid in full !! She sent it in a denied it not even in an hour ! *** called them trying to pay them off n a few months and they do not want to work with me ! They just keep trying to make me settle so it could go on my credit report!! The supervisors there have no heart!!

    THIS IS A BAD COMPANY THAT KEPT GIVING MY INSURANCE COMPANY THE WRONG MAILING ADDRESS TO SEND THE PAYOFF CHECK (TWICE) WHICH CAUSED ME TO MAKE MORE MONTHLY CAR PAYMENTS (OF $800)--MY CAR WAS TOTALLED ON JAN 3, 2024 AND THE FIRST PAY-OFF CHECK WAS SENT TO THEM BY MY INSURANCE COMPANY ON JAN 9, 2024, BUT GOT LOST IN THE MAIL--TAKING ANOTHER 6-WEEKS AND THEN IT HAPPEN AGAIN, IN THE MEAN **** I HAVE NO CAR AND AM MAKING PAYMENTS THOROUGH TO APRIL IN WHICH THEY INVOICE ME ANOTHER PAYMENT FOR *** WHEN MY *** INSURANCE SENT NOTICE THEY WERE PAID OF AS OF APRIL, 23RD? WHEN I CALLED TO LET THEM KNOW YOU A TRYING TO GET ANOTHER PAYMENT THEIR REP EXPLAINED THAT THE INVOICES GO OUT 20 DAYS EARLY--A RIP-OFF, SUCK-YOU-DRY COMPANY AND THE REFUND THAT THE *** INDICATED ON THEIR REPORT THE COMPANY ACT LIKE THEY WERE NOT SURE IF I GET THAT BACK WHEN IN FACT THE *** REPORT WAS CLOSED ON *** 3-4TH 2024 AFTER THE *** PAID OF MY LOAN INFULL WHICH MET THE DEALER OWMN ME $700 AND SOMETHING ODD DOLLAR BECAUSE AT THE **** MY CAR WAS TOTALLED I ONLY HAD 85K MILES AND HAD NOT REACHED THE 100K **** MAKING THE DEALER TO OWN ME SOME MONEY BACK FROM THE $3K I PAID AND THE SERVICE CONTACT REFUND WAS $2069.00 OWNE BACK TO ME FOR THE SERVICE CONTRACT. I KNEW THEY WERE SNEAKY BECAUSE THE REP TOLD ME THAT THEY WERE WORKING ON TWO CHECKS TO REFUND ME ; THE $700 SOME ODD DOLLAR CHECK WAS PERFECT DOWN TO THE CENTS, BUT FOR THE CONTRACT SERVICE CHECK THEY HAD TAKEN $500. DOLLARS OFF AND THE REP INDICATED THAT THE CHECK $1500 AND SOME ODD DOLLARS I IMMEDIATELY WROTE THEY A LETTER AND ATTACHED THE *** REPORT INDICATING THE CORRECT AMOUNT; I AM STILL WAITING FOR MY REFUND. THE COMPANY HAS NO ETHICS AND IS A PREDATORY *** WITH GAMES; DO NOT USE THEM AS YOUR LENDER; THEY ARE VERY, VERY BAD. DEPENDING ON WHAT THEY DO I WILL GET A LAWYER BECAUSE SOMETHING NEEDS TO BE DONE; THEY CAN NOT BE TRUSTED DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM; YOU WILL BE SORRY.

    I wish that I could give zero stars. I landed myself in business with this company because as someone with poor credit, I purchased a 7000$ vehicle from a dealer for a very low monthly payment. Within a month the vehicle was deemed a total loss and the dealer at fault because the engine was completely dead. Well the dealer said they could only get me approved for a 17k car or I can leave with nothing. They said they used my previous down payment to get me approved for a car out of my price range. Well I'm unable to afford 500 a month, so I've struggled to pay on time often. I've now been paying on this car for 2 years, and my balance has not even gone down 1000$. Every time I ask them to explain how this works, they never give me a straight answer. I pay 473 a month and yes I am often late but I always pay, so how has my balance not gone down at all.

    I was reported paying 30-days to the credit bureaus which is false and I have documentation to prove it. After getting the notification, I called Flagship, the customer service representative agreed Im not late , she stated shes not sure why its reporting that way. I emailed the research department and havent received a response. In the meantime, my credit score has significantly dropped. I guess I need to contact my Attorney.

    I had my account set up for automatic payments and they took out more money than the final statement balance. **************** tells me I will get a refund for the difference in up to 60 days. Multiply this times the number of customers they do this to and they make a significant amount of money on the interest while they are holding our money. This seems like a scam to me.
