    The company is like all the others. All living people have prepaid credit available to them.. When you apply for a consumer credit transaction you issue them your social security number and they use that number to connect to your account which is loaded with prepaid credit and they loan you your own money. then you pay a monthly note with interest to the finance company. So they making double plus some on a loan they never were at risk of a lose on. Do Research folks get educated. The prepaid credits come from your birth certificate it is a bond that is traded on the stock markets thousands and thousands of times...You are being trafficked and have no clue. Also Federal law states finance companies cannot loan you there personal assets (money). So where does the money come from that you borrow?????? Do research folks.. I was refused a consumer credit transaction which us unlawful. I natural person who submits a application in good faith for a consumer credit transaction to make a purchase in commerce for family are personal reasons cannot be denied. Also nowhere on this earth does it say in any law books that a consumer credit transaction can be denied because of a credit score. A consumer credit transaction cannot be denied we all have the right to credit, we are extending our credits to these financial institutions, DO NOT LET THEM BLUFF YOU>>>>>>they do try. Stand up for your rights folks. You think I would be saying what I am saying if this were not true. I will never stop pursuing to make sure my rights are honored.

    If I could put 0 stars I would put 0 I made a payment a month ago and they keep saying they cant find the payment. I called my bank and they payment has been taken out and processed, never was in a pending status I even sent them over a running bank statement about 4 times and they keep saying its 60 days past due which it wouldnt be 60 days past due if they did their jobs correctly. Im stuck at home from having surgery and they dont care. At this point they can take the car and I will be talking to my lawyer. And making a lot of noise about this company via social media. I am a federal agent and they will definitely be hearing from my people.

    If there was a 0, I would sure use it, but you have to choose a star! Hello, I am reaching out after calling the company 8 times about a deferred payment plan. I was advised I was approved back on 6/1/2024. Although I have been approved, I have not received the documentation at this time. I have been told it was mailed, emailed to two different email addresses that are active and working, yet when your company emails me, it does not work. How convenient, you may ask? I have spoken to a manager, advised I will receive follow up phone calls and I have not heard anything back. The manger was absolutely no help, promised me I would receive the documentation and as I knew nothing has come. This will be my first and last loan. I need the documentation to rectify the loan, I was approved so why dont I have the documents? Its almost like call avoidance, and steering customers not get the new loan agreement. Both acts are huge losses for the company. The practices of Flagship are unfair and deceptive, and I have no faith my matter will be resolved.

    Hello frustrated paying customers for over 5 years.Well a little over 2 years ago they switched over to this new system and now my payments are no longer reported to the credit bureaus. I have been in contact with flagship representative about fees assessed to my account and overpayments made to the account with no resolution. In February I filed a complaint with a supervisor and I did receive something stating in 30 days it will update well its June and it still doesn't reflect on any credit reports. Last month I requested and audit of my account as well as I have asked previous months requested a manager to contact in regards to the mysteriously amount that popped up after I paid the late fee separate from the reminding amount that was due for the month that wasn't late.I In February I have been waiting to be contacted back and still waiting to hear from a manager about the mysterious amount that popped up and why payments are no longer being reported. I sense a lot of shady activity since this new portal change.Customer service is rude as well hang up on you or threatened to end call when you saying your reporting them. Every month since January I have called in the payments as well as request for a manager call back. How long does this take? Also requested and audit of my account around the end of May well June's payment is coming up. I can ******** there will be no call back. But let your payment be late they will make it they business to call.I feel to have no resolution after waiting longer then 30 days is unacceptable. Honestly this new portal was a way to scam us during the pandemic. Someone has some explaining to do.Someone has to stop them from doing this customers. I'm a single mom and this is affecting my credit and holding me back from providing for my kids.I will never use or recommend this company to anyone ever.

    6/11/2024: I just received a call from Flagship Credit Acceptance. Eight hundred, nine hundred, fifty-one, fifty. I don't have a loan with them, or any dealings with them. When I answered, the representative was cursing at someone, dropping f-bombs. When I said excuse me, he hung up.

    I paid 4 months of car notes in it was suppose to paid up to July now there telling me they putting toward the principal of my loan when I was told I can pay how many car notes that I want to pay they keep telling me they will fix the problem nobody has done anything I'm really unhappy with flagship I wish I never would of dealt with them or right way both of these companies are crooks

    I am so over this company and the lies that they tell. I am paying more for a truck than what it is worth. I have tried to trade it in but because this bogus company is NOT REPORTING TO THE CREDIT AGENCIES for myself or my husband it is hard!!!!!!!! I have called Flagship several times asking for proof of payment and I get the same excuse. I have never known it to take more that 24 hours to email someone of something. Had I known all this before I wouldn't have financed with them. Flagship is a disgrace and really need to do better. Times are hard and they are making it harder for people. I am seriously thinking about not paying anymore payments on the vehicle. Why should I continue to give my money and I not get credit for it!!!! How does that make sense???????????

    This company is a fraud and a ripoff!!! Do not finance through them. I did a voluntarily repo because I was going overseas and I didn't want to pay on a car not being used. I did the paperwork, turned it in and they still haven't picked it up, and that was three weeks ago. On top of that, they are still calling on me to make a payment. I asked why am I paying on a car, I voluntarily gave up This finance company is a scam, DO NOT USE!!!

    Recently a vehicle my wife and I paid off we have been awaiting are title for the vehicle Im not understanding why the business would send my wife's title to the *** when the *** is not in charge of the vehicle being it was paid in full we really haven't had much problem with this company until now mostly because we were unaware of the maturity on the vehicle being up saddest part about it because of lack of contact and years of us paying with out causing months of delinquentecy in end we were like we were avoided payments we did request for some deferred payments in which was during the time when my wife was going through testing now having degenerate disc disease, neuropathy, and fibromyalgia I get that company don't know what personal things people go through but not all are lying nor should a company frequently call like there not getting paid multiple times a day stressing someone out because of this company behavior my wife pulled a portion of her 401k just pay off this company i will admit I her husband also have medical problems but we never once was delinquent or ignored are financial responsibility with this company NOW WE CAN'T GET A TITLE or can get it explained in a professional manner not worry I'm strong believer in *********************** just know we will not ever use this service again an I'm campaigning others don't either. My wife's name is ***************************** and extremely hard worker and she did not deserve some behavior from customer service and will say upper management did hand it professionally but customer service needs help not all calls are hostile.
