    They never roport to the credit company and the interest rate is awful I still own the same amount I did 3yrs ago. The customer service is terrible I wouldn't recommend them to my enemy.

Like with most auto finance companies, our customers have simple interest loans that accrue interest on a daily basis, and the key to paying down this type of loan is by making the full installment payment on or before the due date each month. As the outstanding principal balance reduces, the portions of the payments that are applied to interest will decrease, leaving more to be applied to principal.     This company is a fraud and the customer service reps are a group of heartless people with NO PROFESSIONALISM or knowledge. They repossess cars not assisting customers at all who has HARDSHIPS and than let alone, they NEVER update the ACCOUNTS to the correct status. When you call to resolve the problem, they keep you on hold for, forever then return with this lame excuse that is very much unacceptable.

    The most horrible dishonest company the reviews show it all Ive had my car since 2019 the year the car is made over 75 payments on this car which originally was a $19,000 car Ive paid $40,100 and some odd dollars towards this car even ask for a settlement payment they approved for last year only to give me the runarounds to pay my car off that I have already paid off twice spoke with one person he said pay half then make monthly payments for mor money they never sent my paper for me to sign so I can pay them I emailed no response called everything now this year I make another offer of $7000 they denied it talking about $10,000 and said I have to pay 50% of the remaining balance which is actually $7000 which I dont owe them anything being I have given over $40,000 they never reported to credit so my number on my credit would go up my lawyer and I called today on 5/16 they lied and said I made a total of 54 payments on line it say I made 75 payments of $564 I hate flagship my lawyer asked to speak with someone in management they put someone that lied and said they were management so she ask again we was put on hold three times only to be told management is all in a meeting go figure they took her name down said someone would contact us in about two hours I already been waiting for a week for a call lets see if they call back they might have ****** my lawyer yes she a real lawyer a great lawyer flagship is highway robbery over charging making up fees liars I had been off work due to a back injury and all I wanted to do was pay my car off h*** they wanted to talk me out of that and give me the run around and not send paperwork for me to sign to stay stuck paying them more money they way yall operate yall should be shut down Im reporting yall to the better business bureau

    This company does not accurately report to credit bureaus. They also tell you that you are behind on your vehicle come and repo said vehicle and once you pay to get it back you actually find out you were never behind at all. Traded it to get out from under this company and still hasn't been reported to credit bureau as paid off been plenty of time to do so ! Fix my credit now !

    This has been the worst experience ever , first i purchased this car June of 2023 ! I been making payments on time and gave a little extra one month to have it paid ! They didnt tell me that the interest was $19 bucks a day ! On top of that i find out in February that they never reported ANY of my payment to my credit ! So where was my money going ! After that i called in with my concerns and guess what they gave me a ******** answer talking about they dont know call the credit company ! Why would i call them And you all the ones thats suppose to report my information not me ! So i then filed a dispute, i received a letter in the mail stating that they temporarily froze their credit system and that it will resume ! Soo when did you all stop that because its almost been a year ! So i stopped Paying ! You all want my money but not even doing your job correctly! Its FRAUD! The employees dont give a f*** about you ! All they worried about is collecting their money ! When i asked for a supervisor they denied and i called back someone sent me to voicemail ! So now since i havent paid them and told them i will get a lawyer ! guess what they hurried up and reported it to my credit but dont show my previous payments that i have made ! Look like i just started in February! I called today concerned and the lady literally told me to go online to make a dispute and refused me a supervisor ! I dont mind paying my portion , but at the same time i have been treated unfairly and have been told multiple Lies ! I have never experienced this with any other financing company!

    Worst company ever! They over charged me for my refinancing costing me more then what I previously owed for my car on top of throwing extra warranties on the car that wasnt worth anything that I requested multiple times to be removed. I also made multiple request on deferments when dealing with health crisis that affected my financial and they lied about it all . Very biased and unprofessional workers so nobody did their job accurately because they were too busy trying to protect each other and go after the customer. Multiple investigations were requested they never return any calls or communication unless they are trying to harass you for a payment while incorrectly reporting to credit bureau. Then manipulating my account to cause making payments a more difficult challenge.

    This is the worst company to do business with. They are rude and unprofessional. I recently purchased a car, have not even had it a month and Im fed up with this company already. First they called me non stop day and night and never left a message so I didnt know who was calling or why. They always seemed to call while I was sleep or working. I finally caught the phone ringing when I was at work and walked away to answer and see what they wanted. They wanted absolutely nothing. My payment was not due for 45 days, my profile was set up, there was no explanation for why they called causing unnecessary stress for me thinking something was wrong. Fast forward a few weeks, I decided to pay my car note early and went onto the website and saw there was a fee to make my payment ON LINE. I pay all my bills online and never had to pay a fee. I called to get the address no one would give it to me. I called for the *** to pay through my bank, no one would give it to me. I asked for a supervisor and got hung up on and of course no one called me back even though they called non stop in the beginning. I believe they try to make your car payments late so they can get more money from you. This company has a fee for EVERYTHING. If you pay over the phone there is a fee. There is no APP, the only way you can not have a fee is auto pay which I dont trust them to take correctly. So I check their reviews and you guessed it 1.3 out of 5. FIVE. Reviews are saying they dont report your good payments. They cant find payments sent. And of course they over charge. They are HORRIBLE. The

    Whatever you do, no matter how much you need a car go somewhere else. They give you the run around, want provide assistance if you have a hardship and always calling about payments but want listen to their customers. No one there knows what they are talking about and seems to not know what's going on with my account every time I call. Filed a deferment tell me to call back. Why not on the spot? Why do I have to callback, who are the approvals going to. Then when I finally get an answer, guess what they don't see any deferment on my accoun. Guess what they asked next, when can you make a payment? This company has to be a scam. I've worked with other loan companies and I've never experienced anything like this before. And to put the icing on the cake I got my car refinanced through my bank for $3k less then the pay out and they denied it...money hungry company...they think I'll be stuck with them but I'd rather have a voluntary repossession before I continue to deal with them. I also filed a hardship and guess what they did..you guess it denied it. I highly recommend you save your money, fix your credit, and go to a reputable company because they take advantage of people with little to no credit because they think you have no where else to go. Everybody with flagship take your cars back and go to drive time until your credit is fixed.

    A bunch of sharks ready to kill you. They dont communicate with one another! They harass you! They bully you! Its a joke! If someone doesnt step in and investigate them its only gonna get worse!! They need to be monitored on a daily basis and Ive had enough of it!! They dont belong in the business theyre in!! You dont constantly hound people every hour of the day by calling them. They still call you once youve made an agreement with them! They **** balls!! Big gigantic balls!!

    My car was totaled last November and it took myself and ****************** calling almost every day for two months to get in touch with someone that could help us. We needed an address to send the payoff check to but nobody would assist. That was resolved. My issue now is I spoke with someone in December about GAP and they said after insurance pays GAP automatically kicks in and Ill be contacted. I havent been contacted and Im reluctant to call because I havent spoken to one competent person there. Its been five months since my car was totaled and its hanging on to me like an unrelenting ex. I just want this car loan to be out of my life. My ex wife wasted no time leaving, why cant this company be the same way?
