This company is absolutely horrible as a company. They could care less about their customers. They are the definition of a faceless soulless company. We were involved in a hit and run accident and we simply asked for a deferment of payment to cover our deductible in which we were swiftly denied on the premise of I had a deferment in june of 2023.
If you are reading this review and thinking of using flagship, please take it from me. Do not make the same mistake I did. This company doesnt care about you or the problems life throws at you. Go to a credit union, they are so much kinder and nicer than these gigantic companies.Flagship Credit Acceptance LLC

Absolutely horrible!!!!! They are frauds and don’t want to release my vehicle after being repossessed when I made a payment that was already processed. They asked for notarized documents stating that I will not dispute a payment that was already processed and posted. ALL DOCUMENTS WERE SENT!!! They wanted the payment via money order. The account number they sent me didn’t match my online account number. So I paid online if I wanted to dispute a payment I would dispute many other payments I made with them! I didn’t receive a repossession letter! I made a payment and gave them what they wanted but that wasn’t to their liking and I still don’t have my vehicle. These companies can get away with all these scamming and fake third party rules when the car is already paid for! I will be seeking a lawyer and they will pay for what they do to people! We have laws and they are violating many! This isn’t okay. They lie on a manager not being available or place you on hold pretending to find one. It’s unprofessional and against consumer rights. So they find that trying to torment people is okay because they were late on payments? Yea okay!! I don’t need your sympathy!! I made my payment now they are trying to play dirty!! Very horrible company I regret using this company and hope they go down just like all the other schemers out there!!! They don’t need no stars not even one ??Flagship Credit Acceptance LLC

1 starFlagship is not reporting payments to any credit reporting agencies on my payments since June-2023 - Feb 2024. * FLAGSHIP (PLEASE DO NOT RESPOND BACK TO ME ON THIS THREAD!! CREDIT AGENCIES MAKE TAKE UP TO 30 DAYS TO UPDATE).
I filed 3 dispute claims with credit agencies already balances & payments nit reported. I received two letters from Flagship escalated complaint specialist 1) Dated September 7,2023. 2) Dated September 11,2023. And Still no payments report up through 2024 February. Surprise me in March 26th when my new statement is created.
All I want is fairness report my payments which Ive been paying Bi-weekly payments. I even sent in an separate payment which you charge $4.50 for is a joke, Nothing still reported.
If I missed a payment- Flagship would definitely file with creditors all three of them. Do the right thing & Im not counting the number of phone calls I made to flagship to correct this issue.
Im trying to payoff my loan with Flagship asap.... its just not fair as a customer!!!
Im wasting so much of my personal time to get what's rightfully due to me for making payment.
This is JUST NONSENSE. I did not want to take this route if filing a complaint but what else can be done based on all Ive tried above. Just fix my issue NOW!!!!!. I will change my review once my issue is resolved.Review fromCrystal H

Worst company to best customers.
My APR is ridiculously high I needed the van they approved me. All I asked was for a deferred payment so I could catch up on groceries and pay tuition for school to further my healthcare career and because they gave me an extension ONCE for like two weeks they said I don’t qualify. Best they can do is give me an extension. But not the same thing right? Inconsistencies. Lied saying I had a deferred payment I pulled up my payment history said where? I see a partial extension but it was paid. Every payment has been on time. They were giving me options of downgrading other bills. Like what? Food? Rent? Gas? College? I wouldn’t recommend these sleaze bags to anyone.Flagship Credit Acceptance LLC

Let me start by saying I have a perfect track record with Flagship ZERO missed or late payments. Absolutely perfect customer. I was stupid and was scammed into thinking i was getting a better deal with them and refinanced through Rategenius about 2 years ago. For some bizzare reason they simply stopped reporting payments as of May 2023 so my balance as of that date has not been updated even though its about $4k lower than what appears on my TU & Experian reports. Then in November 2023 they reported the account CLOSED with Equifax which caused my score to drop 19 points due to my account age I suppose. AGAIN Zero Missed or late payments with them or ANY of my credit cards. Oh and my account is very much still open according to my monthly direct debit from my bank to them. I put a tremendous amount of time and energy into working on my credit and was well into the good credit zone until these crooks got a hold of me. Shame on me for not doing research before signing up with them simply to save $150 a month. And please save the canned response you provide to everyone on here, we all know its an empty attempt to acknowledge your customers concerns.Flagship Credit Acceptance LLC

Flagship Credit Acceptance is a scam. I got a bmw truck from them in 2017 or 2018 the APR was so high on the truck I'm still paying for it even though it should have been paid off along time ago even when I ask about the payoff it is still extremely high and they also don't report accurate information to the credit bureau now I'm stuck in a contract with these people and I don't know what to do to get out of itFlagship Credit Acceptance LLC

Hi Victor, although we cannot comment publicly about your situation for privacy concerns, please understand that Flagship’s rates are consistent with the market and uniformly risk-based, and all terms are clearly disclosed and agreed to at the outset of the loan, including the interest rate and monthly payment. Like with most auto finance companies, our customers have simple interest loans that accrue interest on a daily basis, and the key to paying down this type of loan is by making the full installment payment on or before the due date each month. As the outstanding principal balance reduces, the portions of the payments that are applied to interest will decrease, leaving more to be applied to principal. We would be happy to review your account with you in more detail should you need a further explanation. Regarding your other comment, we believe the situation you described has been resolved. We note that the consumer reporting agencies are independent third parties, and it may take up to 30 days for reporting updates to appear. Please contact us at *********************************** if you have any questions or need further assistance. Thank you.Review fromStaci C

This company is absolutely not for the consumer. They are liars and deceitful. They did not do right by customers who were affected by COVID-19. They did not honor not putting late pays on people's credit report who had perfect payment history with them. They withhold documents to keep you from getting your credit adjusted. They have terrible customer service. I would not recommend them to a dead person.Flagship Credit Acceptance LLC

FLAGSHIP CREDIT ACCEPTANCE IS CRAP. THEY INTENTIONALLY TOOK ADVANTAGE OF ME AND MY MOM WHEN WE BOUGHT MY 2020 JEEP GRAND CHEROKEE SUMMIT. I PAID $55,000 FOR THIS JEEP WITH $1,262.90 MONTHLY PAYMENT AT 20% INTEREST. TO ME SEEMS LIKE THIS COMPANY TAKES ADVANTAGE OF LOWER TO MIDDLE CLASS PEOPLE AND IT IS BULL CRAP. I WILL BE KEEPING THIS PAGE UPDATED WITH HOW THINGS ARE GOING TILL I GET A SETTLEMENT WITH THIS PREDATORY LENDING COMPANY CALLED FLAGSHIP CREDIT ACCEPTANCE. THEY ALSO DON'T REPORT ANYTHING TO THE CREDIT BUREAU.Flagship Credit Acceptance LLC
