They do not report to the credit bureau like they said. I’ve been making my car payments on time every month and I have yet to see it on any of my credit reports. I’ve contacted them multiple times and I keep getting the same response. “I’m sorry to hear that. We’ll get your information updated with the 3 credit reports immediately”. This is unacceptable! I need this resolved expeditiously!!Flagship Credit Acceptance LLC

It’s been 5 months and I’ve spoken to multiple reps who give the same excuses. It doesn’t take that long to report to the credit bureau.Review fromKaitlen A

FLAGSHIP COSTED ME MY APARTMENT DUE TO INACURRATE CREDIT REPORTING
I paid my loan on 01/30/2024 to which it placed my account under 30 days delinquent, I was under the impression that flagship would update this to all 3 credit bureaus. I applied for a apartment on 02/04/2024 to which the application denied due to flagship flagging my account as 60 days pass due. I checked all bureaus and not only was the account showing as 60 days pass due but the last report was on 05/2023. This is HIGHLY UNACCEPTABLE and misleading as I assumed the company was doing normal practices when it was not. I've called in so many times because the tenant screening company is requesting a letter from flagship informing my account status on 02/04/2024 (Explaining that the 60 day mark was inaccurate and my standing on 02/04/2024). No one has been a help and I was informed that the most I could get is a letter stating that its under investigation this is no okay and I am getting ready to file a report with the CFPB if this issue is not rectified.Flagship Credit Acceptance LLC

I have been paying for a 2021 Kia soul through them for over a year now and the final price for payoff is now higher than the car was when we left the lot with it. they tried to tell me that the interest fluctuates but I have never seen the price go up on a car when you are making regular payments and not missing any. I am about to tell them to come and get the car because I am not going to pay for something that the price isn't decreasing on.Flagship Credit Acceptance LLC

Hi David. Although we cannot comment publicly about your situation for privacy concerns, we note that like with most auto finance companies, our customers have simple interest loans that accrue interest on a daily basis, and the key to paying down this type of loan is by making the full installment payment on or before the due date each month. As the outstanding principal balance reduces, the portions of the payments that are applied to interest will decrease, leaving more to be applied to principal. However, we would like to take a closer look at your account. If we can identify your contact information, we will reach out as soon as possible to discuss. In the interim, if you would prefer, please email our Customer Advocacy department directly at *********************************** with further details so that we can investigate this. I paid my car off via phone call 11/2022. I made sure they had my updated address for the title, which I spelled out on the phone, and was told it would be sent. A year later I still have no title. I can’t call the company as when I attempt to call it’s “not a working number” (pretty sus considering I can call from my boyfriends phone) and chat won’t let me connect either. I don’t have an account number so neither way I am able to speak with a representative. I emailed them 2 Saturdays ago and finally received a reply after asking them to overnight the title, as they sent it to an address that was never on my file and it went to my ex husband. They refused an overnight so I immediately replied asking when it would be sent and if someone would call me and I would pay for overnight as I’m moving in 2 weeks and the vehicle does not run and I can not sell without the title. I will never use this company again.Flagship Credit Acceptance LLC

The worst customer service I ever experienced. Interest is beyond high it seems like I will never pay off my brand new truck. They will add charges to your account without your knowledge and when you call to discuss, you will be transferred around and everyone is working from home so you may be put on hold for reasons not business related: also be aware of the so called “manager/supervisors. I am a manager of a multi-billon dollar company and rule number one is NEVER TALK OVER THE CLIENT. The managers or supervisors will do just that and blame you for the concern you may have. They don’t know anything about taking ownership, I’m trying my best to get out of this situation. Please don’t do business with this company. If things get any worse I will be seeking an attorney.Flagship Credit Acceptance LLC

I am also getting unknown charges from this terrible company. Something needs to be done to this place. I have requested to speak to a manager multiple times. This is the last draw. I am about to place a lein on them myself. I'm not letting them take advantage of me anymore. It's getting out of control. Only got a 1 star from me because I had to for this review.Flagship Credit Acceptance LLC

They violate FDCPA laws. Even if you are with in your grace period they call you repeatedly.
excessive, repetitive calls. per FDCPA law a debt collector cannot contact you more then 7 times in a 7 day time frame. They also practice deceptive practices by calling from different numbers, those too are more the 7 times. It is a form of HARRASSMENT by a debt collector. They also aren't allowed to call again after leaving a voicemail. It is a illegal. They are violating numerous FDCPA laws.Flagship Credit Acceptance LLC

Hi Nicole. While we cannot comment publicly on your situation for privacy reasons, we can state that Flagship is not a debt collector, and like many other creditors, we attempt to contact customers whose accounts are delinquent in order to help assist in bringing their accounts current and in order to help them avoid late fees and additional interest that accrues on the principal balance. If you would like to discuss your situation further, please reach out to us at ***********************************.Review fromWhitney M

We have a truck financed through Flagship and have made $1,000+ monthly payments on time since last July and they are not reporting to the credit bureau. I’ve called and spoke with several people to be told to call back and nothing has been fixed. Also they call at all hours of the day. Early morning, extremely late at night and even on Sundays to harass you about payments already made.Flagship Credit Acceptance LLC

Hi there. Although we cannot comment publicly about your situation for privacy concerns, we can state generally that like most auto finance companies, our customers have simple interest loans that accrue interest daily, and the key to paying down this type of loan is by making the full installment payment on or before the due date each month. As the outstanding principal balance reduces, the portions of the payments that are applied to interest will decrease, leaving more to be applied to principal. While we can’t state for certain if this is the circumstance you described, we note that payment patterns diverging from this expectation will result in more interest and late fees over the life of the loan. We would like to review your account more closely to provide you a detailed response. If we can identify your contact information, we will reach out as soon as possible. In the interim, if you would prefer, please email our Customer Advocacy department directly at *********************************** with further details. Thank you.Review fromLester N
