1 starI contacted them in desperation about how I would get money out of an annuity and they offered me SO much less than it's worth but I was scared so I signed the document BUT it is NOT NOTARIZED! Now they are calling me and threatening me that I signed the document. They tried to get a notary to me the same day but they couldn't and then they were supposed to send one the next day but after speaking with my accountant he told me not to do it so I told Rebecca that I was cancelling the contract immediately after speaking with my accountant, and was today contacted by Kristen, Director of Annuities Program at JG Wentworth (using the same phone number), stating that I had signed the documents they have. I called an angrily told them they have been calling me constantly every day since I said I was cancelling the documents and requesting I call. I am not even typing this, my niece is, because I am currently legally blind, don't walk or use my arms much from Muscular Dystrophy and I have a lung condition that will end up killing me because my lungs are collapsing. I need these people to leave me alone. If they want me to sign a cancellation letter they should send it to me since I'm blind.Review fromRonnie R

2 starsI sign up for a 30 months Debt Settlement with JGW I live up to my part of my contract J.G.Wentworth did not. They left one out they were supposed to take care of it they told be it was going to longer so now I have a bill for that one. They should be morally, or legally bound or commitment to take care of it at there expense. I did have money in my settlement and I did ask for it back now it's going to be awaiting game to see if they do. I made copy's of all my paper work from then and if not I was told to contact a Federal Lawyer because it dealing with money and they never got back to me at all after I email then and I was not nasty at all when I did it.Review fromBeverly F
